So excited! Not too much longer and I will be back at the Poly! Anyone else going to be there Sept 27-Oct 9? This will be our 16th stay there I think! Every stay there has been good as the first one! Anyone else?

Daisy D
My family of four will be there Sept 26- Oct 1
BTW this is our very first stay at the Poly!!
I am at the one month countdown!!!

I have never stayed at the poly and I was just wondering what time does the monorail start running for the day??

Have a great vacation, Renee! We'll be there on 8/30!

Can you get milk with the refillable mugs also? Just trying to see if they are worth it for the kids.

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think you can get milk with the refillable mugs. I'll know for sure tomorrow when DD8 and I go to Captain Cooks for breakfast.

You're right, MSB. No milk or oj with the mugs. Last I noticed, apple juice was a choice though.

Have fun and enjoy Captain Cook's tomorrow....lucky duck!:goodvibes

So many lucky ones leaving for the Poly soon! I'll be living vicariously through you for the next month or so, then it's my turn! I can't wait to hear back from all of you about how wonderful your trips were

Nice! Look for us! We will be 4 girls! My mom, 70s, me 40s, DD 20s and DD 9. We spend a lot of time at the pool. LOL! We are also going to the MNSSHP on Oct 2. Going to that?

cool we are just a family of 3 me 30's, DH 40's and DD 12. May see you around GCH.

Nope giving the 2nd a miss, but aiming for the 5th and the 16th... I think.

brilliant....... check in is gonna be busy (as always) that day....
may see you around GCH.

I hope we will run into one another. My DH and I (in our 50s) are celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary on this trip. No MNSSHP this time; just great dining and the Food & Wine Festival on tap for us. Make sure you wear your LGMHs so we can recognize one another!

Drawing a complete blank here. :confused3

Lime Green Mickey Heads (think "Home Depot"!!) ;)

I knew that!
Ok, I didn't know it.:lmao:
Thanks. but now I have to ask what Home Depot has to do with it.
Do they sell shirts with lime green Mickey on them?
I've seen a lot of Mickey heads on the "design threads" and a lot of other kewl transfers that you can make into shirts. But I haven't seen lime green. Is lime green Mickeys the way to identify other disers?
It seems that the more I am here, the less I know. :teacher:

They are color "swatches" of sorts that you get at Home Depot's paint department--you know the Disney paint colors. Lime green was selected as the DIS color a long, long time ago by a Diser who, if I recall correctly is no longer even around. :(

Yep, it sometimes feels as if you know everything there is to know and then WHAM! you realize you still have some things to learn. :) It happens to all of us.
