Good morning or should I say afternoon Peeps! Haven't found anymors interesting Peeps yet but I am looking!!
Jordan when is your next trip planned? I'm still shooting for May 2009 ,it's looking like May 2nd thru 10th right now! Anyone else have plans for that time? It's never to early to start planning !!

We're planning on 09-23May'09 so everything going to plan we'll be arriving just as you're leaving.

The plan is sometime the first 2 weeks of May..IF we go then....

Hey Jordy!!!!!!

Just wanted to let you know that I am with you in spirit even if I am not posting.

I am slowly catching up on the 30+ pages that I missed last week and loving every minute of it!

Desia!!!!!

I'm so glad to know you're still around.......:grouphug:

Yes, I am hanging in there. I just got back from Vero Beach, FL yesterday evening and I am whipped! Spent time with DH's family. I did get to spend one evening at BWV and Epcot. :cool1:

Now I am home and taking care of my niece who just had surgery.

I'm jealous.............that you got to spend a night at BWVs and Epcot...not spend time with DHs family...

What a good aunt......

So my hope was to get to Epcot by rope drop.

Uh...this doesn't sound good!

Kim goes out for a run at some God forsaken hour..she comes back around 7:30am.

I've never understood this :confused3

The kids get up....and are ready quickly :thumbsup2

Of course, they're excited :cutie:

We head out the door and are on our way about 9:30. No rope drop today.....

Oh no :(
There's always tomorrow ;)

Ginger....hubba hubba.....Truth be told though....I was more a Mary Ann fan.

I think more people were a Mary Ann fan than Ginger. And why did it take so many years to add "... the Professor and Mary Ann..." instead of ".. and the rest.." ???

:confused3 :confused3

WendyO..congrats on your soon to be new little one.

I love the pictures. The view was great . Wendy you children are just too cute.

Thanks for the kind words! Sometimes their cuteness lets them get away with things. Unfortunately, they know this. :stir:

Wendy, your children are beautiful!!! They look like they are so excited! I had to laugh at the picture of Dylan watching tv -- I don't care what doctors say, sometimes television is the BEST way to get a moment to think! :rotfl:

I hear you. Sometimes I feel bad compared to the "no TV before age 2" parents but oh well. At least I try to monitor WHAT they watch... ha ha. However, it's clear that kids are easy to influence because Dylan's morning mantra is (in a sleepy voice) "Grandpa, I want to go to the living room and watch T.B. (how he says "TV")" And we have a sliding glass door on our kids' tub and so Erin used to sit on the inside and I would be on the outside, and she would slide it open and say "Would you like a cheeseburger or hamburger Happy Meal?" Sad commentary on the amount of times our kids have probably been through drive-thru's. Erin also has her favorite Frappucino flavor already. Sigh.

So my hope was to get to Epcot by rope drop.

Clearly, you have never been on a trip with us. Delusional as this statement is. Ha ha ha.

Wendy's breakfast of choice, Pop Tarts. I may have had a banana and some OJ.

I must say that it's my "vacation" breakfast... not so much my everyday breakfast... so people don't think that I am *totally* feeding my kids junk at home. Oddly, my kids don't even really like the PopTarts. :scratchin

We get outside and Wendy has forgotten..her camera? her tix? I can't remember. So we park it:

I *think* it was my park ticket.

So for about 2 seconds, we called RoboJo..Venus...until out her own mouth comes this nickname...VeJoJo.........

I thought it was "VaJoJo"... but I think maybe it was just a pronouciation thing... b/c to me VaJoJo sounds funnier (closer to what we were, uh, referencing). But either way, it was pretty funny. Especially b/c she herself said it.

I finally figured out how to multiquote without re-typing everything!!
OH the fun I`m gonna have now!!!!!!!!!!!!! :cool1:

Whoo hoo! Isn't it liberating?? :cheer2:

Great pictures - you guys look like a fun group!

Oh, we ARE. And humble too. Hee hee hee hee hee.

Okay, so everyone missed this one.. It's from Gilligan's Island, spelled out of burning logs. The astronaut Sol was supposed to see S.O.S. from space, but Gilligan tripped over one of the logs and made the letters spell SOL. Sol, the astronaut, decided that even natives from a remote island loved him.

Ok, so what do I win???? (yeah, I know this is dating me, but I used to watch Gilligan's Island only to see if they ever got off the island)

:thumbsup2 Ding ding ding ding!!!! You are the winner!!!! I'm glad someone remembered and I wasn't all alone. Ha ha. Very very good!!! You win bragging rights... ha ha. (I never said there was a GREAT prize... ha ha). :cool1:

We've never been commando types.

Well, some of us have been. Think AK in 1999. (Friends reference to the episode "The one where no one's ready") :rolleyes1

Hi Jordan- finally had time to catch up! Jeez, a few days away and 20 something pages to read! Chop chop with the report now! :yay:

Congrats to Wendy on another girl!

I stopped feeling bad about the television watching a long time ago (about nine years ago when I realized DD would sit quietly and watch Teletubbies so I could unload the dishwasher). One of my friends is a child psychologist and refuses to let her daughter watch television except for an hour on Saturday mornings. When we went to visit her, my two went through some SERIOUS withdrawals -- DS, especially, couldn't grasp the concept. Oh, and DD had to write an essay on something in her house that she couldn't live without -- her topic: the television. Oops! I'm like you though, I do try to limit what and when they watch.

:rotfl2: Love the drive-thru story -- that is too funny! And you are definitely not alone -- in fact, this week I am the one excited that we get to have McDonald's on Saturday night when the new YOMD Happy Meals come out. Sad, isn't it :sad2: ? Mine also have their favorite drinks at Starbucks -- how can I tell them no to their Italian sodas and hot chocolates when Starbucks is clearly Mom's drug of choice?

Where's the update I thought it was coming!! You can't waste a day off !!:rotfl2: I sure hope we get to meet again next year!! I'm going to practise the tongue out pix too !!:lmao:

I know...we knew who they were. It's not like there were hundreds of other castaways...there were 2.:confused3
