Grape juice only at our communions........:sad2:

Free Methodist here. My grandfather founded the church I attend now in the early 1920s. He started with 5 ladies meeting for a Bible Study. My uncle, dad and SIL have also served at this church...

You guys are too funny.........................
We aim to please !:thumbsup2 I was raised Cof E and lived between 2 huge churches that rang their bells every Sunday morning only thing to do was get up and go:rotfl2:
Wow....I thought I was the only Lutheran left. My kids go to Lutheran schools too. I was there the same time as you guys it was just hard for me to arrange meet ups with my parents and kid with me.

DD went to Lutheran school ,I worked there was Pres. of PTA etc etc !!:cool1:

She took a picture of me waiting for her to get her Dole Whip.

And here's the view from the window that Kim was looking out of:
You're a good friend for waiting.:thumbsup2
Great view.

One time a 45 minute drive took me 3 1/2 hours.....I was actually stopped on the freeway for 45 minutes.....

I have actually screamed out the window of my car..."I hate traffic. I hate it."
Now I just pray....it's good alone time...can't do anything to change it...so do something constructive...or I talk on the phone...
Atlanta traffic is your worst nightmare. People have been known to get on 285 never to return.:confused3

Dylan was not so much interested in the pack n' play so for the bulk of the week there were 4 of us sharing the bed. Four people sleeping vertically, horizontally, diagonally, etc. It was like we were spelling letters out signaling airplanes flying overhead. Ha ha ha. At least we weren't spelling "SOL" instead of "SOS". (test: anyone know what that's from???? I'll be impressed if you do. Well, maybe not. It's really not that hard.)
:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I gotta run.....leading Bible Study at church....while throwing back a few....;)
Heading to church in a little bit and we are having communion today. Should I ask for a double? (I'll need it I guess.)

And after:

What were you about to do to this lady?:confused3 :lmao:

That is so cool.:thumbsup2

We did have fun drinking AND dancing to 80s music.

Josh, Steve (Joanne's friend's DH) and I settled in and watched the game.

She also fixed something else....so we called her RoboJo.........
I was wondering if you got to watch the game. I LOVED the game and I don't like pro football. I prefer college.
RoboJO :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Wendy's breakfast of choice, Pop Tarts.
:scared1: Pop Tarts scare me after our Griswold Vacation episode in Destin.:rotfl2:

Joanne called and said they would be up to watch the game. Josh, Joanne and Baby J came up and her friends came a bit later.

Joanne and her friend went to Boardwalk to Go to grab some fast food.

Josh, Steve (Joanne's friend's DH) and I settled in and watched the game.

The girls, Joanne and Lira, came back with food.

Around the 3rd quarter, Wendy and gang came in.....

We hung out...Wendy, Derek and kids also got stuff from the Marketplace.
OMG I'm lost with all that coming and going :rotfl2:

She also fixed something else....so we called her RoboJo.........
Must be the name, I'm good at fixing stuff too :thumbsup2

I don't even drink the wine during communion. The thought of drinking from the same goblet as who knows how many is icky to me.

Evan has his first communion this year. You're all invited to his party afterward. Bring good gifts. ;)

Oh no, I don't do COMMUNAL cup drinking either. Ick. The churches we've attended lately (still trying to find our Church HOME) give a choice. So everyone can get a little 1/2 oz plastic "shotglass".

Funny story though, last Easter the Pastor poured the goblet of wine all over my Grandma's new sweater she wore to church. Just dumped it right down the front of her. The first time we'd ever been to that one. HE was so embarassed. :rotfl:

So for about 2 seconds, we called RoboJo..Venus...until out her own mouth comes this nickname...VeJoJo.........

:scared1: That's awfully close to Oprah's nickname for her "woman" parts! VeJayJay!:rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I'm glad she didn't stick with that one!

Bummer about missing rope drop! Maybe next time...

I'm amazed that your entire group, including the kiddos, got up and ready and out the door before noon!

Such a smiley, happy group!

Yay! We got a bonus update! I had to get another cup of coffee. :surfweb:

Chapter 23. Monday, February 4th. Day 5. Part 1. The waiting is the hardest part.

Next up: Epcot..Waiting
I can just feel the morning Florida air. The whole day ahead of you.

I finally figured out how to multiquote without re-typing everything!!
OH the fun I`m gonna have now!!!!!!!!!!!!! :cool1:

Great pictures - you guys look like a fun group!

The walk to Epcot looks very nice and looks to be a beautiful day!

"FL morning air, VeJoJo/VeJayJay and Oprah", just what I was thinking too.

We arrived late on the 4th to CBR for our quick 2 day park trip. Can't wait to see if our paths may have crossed. I was very un DIS, no lime green in site. What a pleasant surprise to have such wonderful warm weather, we loved it.

RoboJo and Vejojo....too funny!:rotfl2:

Loved the reunion pics. Looks like you guys had a good time. :thumbsup2

Had a good time looking at the pics. Wish I had time this past week to stay caught up on a regular basis! Hopefully I can update my TR tonight. If not, I will tomorrow.;)

You probably don't.

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

To me, it's hard to go wrong w/ Chinese. It's just a matter of whether you want authentic or not. I really don't care as long as it tastes good which it did.

They definitely upgraded some of the Audio Animatronics. :thumbsup2 There a few new show scenes. I won't tell you about the end/descent, but I will tell you to smile and look directly at the camera when they take your pic near the beginning of the ride.

No true GAT or PMS for me yet....I'm still learning....

I'll post a pic that she sent me today

I'm still on day 4. I have 10 more to go....At this rate, I'll be done in about 9-10 weeks.....

Yeah... at this rate, you'll be tied with winkers on her report.....:rolleyes1

I showed him that picture of your "guys" at the fountain and told him these were the people we were probably going to bump into in May. His response...."hey look, there's room for me and ds right there!" :headache: :rotfl2:

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
We'll have to make sure that pic happens now won't we????

Four people sleeping vertically, horizontally, diagonally, etc. It was like we were spelling letters out signaling airplanes flying overhead. Ha ha ha. At least we weren't spelling "SOL" instead of "SOS". (test: anyone know what that's from???? I'll be impressed if you do. Well, maybe not. It's really not that hard.)

Ok, thus ends the Okada report for day 1.

Okay, so everyone missed this one.. It's from Gilligan's Island, spelled out of burning logs. The astronaut Sol was supposed to see S.O.S. from space, but Gilligan tripped over one of the logs and made the letters spell SOL. Sol, the astronaut, decided that even natives from a remote island loved him.

Ok, so what do I win???? (yeah, I know this is dating me, but I used to watch Gilligan's Island only to see if they ever got off the island)
