It was a rest day. I rested. I also had an appt. with my GI doctor. I got to go down on some of my medicines. :cool1: :banana: :teeth:
2. Stayed up and active throughout the day. My doctor is located in town, so I did a little shopping while I was there too. :teeth:

1. Did 10 min of bible study. Read Exodus 2:11- Chapter 5.

It was a 4 mile day (I went a little over 4 though) doing the W3/R2 sequence. I did it in 1 hour 11 min and 16 sec. It works out to be about 17:30 minutes per mile.
2. Stayed up and active most of the day. We went shopping in town.

1. Did not eat within my points range b/c I miscalculated my points at my red lobster lunch
I had:
1 cheese biscuit-4
1 caesar salad with petite shrimp-6
shrimp scampi-3
buttered vegetables-3.5 ( I counted them as zero b/c I thought they were steamed, but I found out after I had eaten all my points for the day, that they were 3.5 points)
1/2 pc of key lime pie
I also could have done without
the 1/2 pc of chicken pan pizza

It was a xtrain for 40 min day. I did this at the beach. For about 10 min we trekked down the beach to find the perfect spot, then we played (jumped, swam, etc) in the water for about 25 or 30 min, and then we trekked back down the beach to the car.
2. Stayed up and active most of the day. Went to the beach. A good deal of beach walking happened, other than that mentioned above. :banana:

1. Have not done any bible study yet, but will edit post if I do.

Love your outlook on the Super Walmart. So true, so true! Personally, I think it takes way too long to shop there and you come out more tired than had you gone to 5 different stores.

It's so AWESOME that you were able to go down on your meds. :cool1: That is always good news. Isn't it amazing what weight loss and a better lifestyle can do for you?

You are doing great and it is so nice to see how much you have lost since starting your weight loss journey. What an inspiration! :banana:

That pizza sure is hard to resist at times. Great job on your W3/R1 day. That is excellent work!

You're doing really really great at staying OP. I'm impressed w/ your fruit/veg consumption - that's my downfall. Your exercise is great, too. You're doing it! Doesn't it feel good??

Exercising Goals
1. Stayed on W/R Program
It was a R3/W2 day for 50 min plus warmup and cool down. I completed 3.65 miles giving me a pace of about 16 min and 30 seconds per mile. This running for 3 minutes thing kind of took me by surprise. I was about to go out the door and do the usual W3R2 sequence but I went to check to book just to make sure. I stared at the book for about 5 minutes. I thought "this must be a typo". In the back of my mind I was remembering how difficult it was when I changed to running 1 min to 2 min. I was a little unsure. I got out there and did it anyway. And you know what, it wasn't so bad :cool1: . I hardly even noticed it. I guess the longer you run, the more your body gets used to it! Oh yeah, and this was the first time I went out on the streets downtown to do my running and walking. It was lots of fun and the time seemed to pass by a lot faster. I don't know if I will ever use my TM again.
2. Did not stay up and active all day. It was memorial day so we grilled out and had a nice family lunch, then we kinda lazed around all day.

It was a Xtraining day for 40 min. I had planned to ride my bike but it was all muddy outside and I didn't feel like getting mud slung up on my butt. Anyway, I did 15 min of Strength training exercises in the morning time. Then I went shoe shopping in the afternoon. We're talkin' some vigorous shoe shopping (not for the fainthearted). I needed to find some new running shoes. I finally ended up finding the same kind I already had (newbalance 401 running shoes) so I just bought them. I went a little crazy :banana: though. I bouught 3 pair. They were only 39 dollars a pair :teeth: . I was a good deal. I figured that would get me through till next summer. After I got home, I did 25 more min of strength training exercises.
2. Stayed up and active most of the day. I went shoe shopping (I'm sure ;) you know what I mean).

It was a W3/R2 day for 50 min plus 5 min warmup and cooldown.
I did 3.75 miles. That is a 16 minute per mile pace. That is a PR for me! :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :banana: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :teeth:
I did not stay up and active all day (butt sittin day)

Read the June 2 Evening by Evening devotional but only lasted about 5 min
