Zootopia themed area in Shanghai

With the recent news of a Zootopia area coming to Shanghai, how does that make you feel that Disney World isn't getting one? I'm a big fan of Zootopia and was surprised by the lack of Zootopia merchandise around WDW. Maybe they're holding back a bit for future plans?

Anyone want one in WDW? Where would you put it?

Maybe they blew their budget on Galaxy's Edge. Maybe they can have it in the former Rafiki's Planet Watch
