Zazzle shirts question

Okay so I've tried using one of their graphics but it only allows me to put a name. Is this right? Has anyone made a shirt with custom writing, or does it have to be a name on their list? I could upload a graphic, however I was told that with the copyrights they wont allow it to get printed.

the zazzle disney shirts allow a name (from their list) and a phrase (from their list) in addition to the copyrighted image.
