I'm thinking of getting DS a haircut at the Main Street Barbershop. My question is the gel they put in your hair, will it wash off in the rain?

I'd hate to have DS with blue splotches running down his face/shirt, etc. Also how long do they last? Does it come off when you shampoo your hair?

Sorry couldn't resist. Never had it, never seen it, but I would have to imagine that it would wash out!! LOL

I believe it is hair gel so it would wash out but not streak in the rain. We did the haircut buy my son refused the gel so I can't be sure - remember to save a confetti sprinkle though - to remember the occasion.

It rained when my son had it. You would have to get pretty soaked for it to start oozing down his neck. It washes out with shampoo but needed a lot of shampoo to get rid of it.
