zaba search has your information

Any one been to zabasearch . It will list your information on line. A goood way for those to find you that you do not want to reach you.They have listed most of my family and old girlfrends

This really bothers me! Not to mention that their information was very incorrect for both my husband and I (i.e right phone numbers, wrong addresses and right addresses, wrong birthdates). I am very uncomfortable with people even having the possibility of finding where I live or my unlisted information.

Yes. On the site is an address you can write a letter to them and they will remove you. They even called me to confirm I was off the list.

I was shocked when I went to that site. They have ALL of my information and all of it's correct except for one street address that I've never lived at.

they may take your name off their list but you will be on all of other list.

I did zaba search a few months ago when someone posted about it and they had me leaving in CO with my sister! Which was kinda funny, but they had everyone else in my family right and they had every address they had ever lived at listed.

If you tell them to remove your name I think you are basically telling them the information is right (kinda like responding to spam e-mail!). Zaba serach was featured on the news the other night and that is what they said to just leave it as is.

take this into account. all of the information that they have are in the pulic record. Buy a home or sometrhing and they will get it.Companies sell our information every day and it is not a lot that you can doto stop it.

I looked up my husband's and my information. According to that site, we are both younger than we really are. I kind of like that!

I did the same and when it wasn't removed I thought maybe it was a ploy by them to just get more info. I'm glad to hear that it worked for you, gives me a little hope....

Hey, thanks for posting this. I totally forgot the name of the site and was wracking my brain for it the other day. I love it and love its usefulness. I am a big user of online phone books and hate their innacuracy - this one is good. I have no problem with the info on it.

By the way, if you all hate the info this site has you should stop usingyour grocery member cards, stop using your debit cards, stop using on-line forums, stop providing you name address and telephone number to merchants for credi cards, etc. You would be very scared at what is available to merchants and others about your personal information. What's on this site is nothing comparatively.

In my line of work, I can tell you what you read as magazines, how much your cart total is per week at the grocery store, what your liesure activities are, etc. Be scared, very scared for the future of your privacy.
