Soooo. Share with me what your favorites in the parks are! Feel free to post pics as well!

I don't have too many pictures, but I'll post the ones I have. Here are some of my favorites:

Hot link corn dog from the Corn Dog Castle:

Strawberry lemon cupcake from the Jolly Holiday Bakery

No pics of these, but I also really enjoy the jalapeno cheese filled pretzels, popcorn, the BBQ chicken baked potato from Troubadour Tavern, and the Waldorf chicken salad sandwich from Jolly Holiday. However, my absolute favorite food in the parks is the loaded baked potato soup from Carnation Cafe. :cloud9:

Are you aware of the "food porn" thread? If not, here's the link: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1253888 There are tons of food pics there! :goodvibes

Awesome thanks for sharing that link!

...& your food pics. That corndog looks SO yummy!!!!!

OK that's it...gotta make me some pommes frites for my dinner tonight.

That corndog looks SO yummy!!!!!

It's delicious! I think both the regular and the hot link corn dogs are great, but my DBF prefers the hot link corn dog. Actually, he didn't even like the regular so I guess we'll just be getting the hot link from now on! :thumbsup2

My daughter(7) still talks about the bacon wrapped asparagus skewers, they were definitely a hit.

I have a question for my next visit: Where can I get the BEST hamburger????

I'm a hamburger addict and would love to try different burgers. I went to the ESPN zone and had one there but I was wondering about in DL or DCA itself. I wanted to try the Bleu cheeseburger in DCA ( I can't remember that name of the place ) but just didn't have time. Even if it's not a 'sit down' place that is OK. At DL with throw away our normal food times and eat when hungry it seems... which means often :p

The bleu cheese burger is at Taste Pilot's grill in DCA, and it's one of our favorites. We haven't tried it yet, but the new chili burger in Hungry Bear is supposed to be really good.

I loved the shrimp scampi at Wine Country Trattoria! Goes well with the wine they recommend to have with it too!

Midnightred

I'm almost 4 months pregnant and was at Disneyland a few weeks ago (and will be going in about a week) and I felt like I ate everything in sight! Here were some of my fav snacks from that trip:

Tigger Tail from Pooh's Corner

A Mickey Ice Cream Sandwich

A Pickle

And need an honorable mention here, even though I didn't eat this on my last trip. The Lasagna Rustica from Wine Country Trattoria. It's amazing!

I'm pretty simple when it comes to food. My favorite treats to get at at Disney are usually just things like a churro, mickey pretzel, or dole whip if it's hot out.

That said, the peppermint fudge they have around the holidays is to die for!

And the raspberry white chocolate cookie at Pooh's corner was fab.

The gingerbread cookie from the Holiday Tour was the best i've ever had. Just perfect.

As far as sit down and eat type things, my favorite place is Riverbelle. The mickey pancake for breakfast, and the turkey sandwich for dinner. Yum.

Tigger Tales are so Good.
The Fried Green Tomato Sandwich at Hungry Bear is hit with me.
Do they have Carrot Cake Cookies at DisneyLand - I've had them at the World and they were so good.

I wish they had the carrot cookie- had that at the World and also agree it was the best ever! Have not found it at the land.... has anyone else find it? I am dying to try the fried green tom sand! used to have that as a kid but we put ketchup on it- YUM! Also think my mom used flour and not the way its cooked now. Would be nice to compare it! This thread makes my mouth water....:thumbsup2
