Gorditas? Just to clarify, this reference is not in regards to fat women, but instead, the tasty, well to me anyway, lightly fried dessert that's made from Masa Harina. After cooking, it can either be sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar, or anything else that you want on it. I love it with cinnamon sugar. Or with refried beans and a bit of sour cream. Okay, I might like to add some cheese on top plus an olive or two, or three.
