I am considering booking this for our group but would like some more info first. If anyone has done it, please give your feedback. TIA

I got this information from Disney just the other day as I was considering it also.
Experience the special magic of the holiday season as brought to life at the WALT DISNEY WORLD®
Resort! Disney's Yuletide Fantasy takes you on a festive 3 1/2-hour tour of holiday celebrations
around the world.

This entertaining program showcases how Disney weaves holiday stories and folklore into decorations
found in the Theme Parks and resorts. You'll gain a unique perspective on how colors, textures,
architecture, illusions, and attention to detail turn the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort into a
47-square-mile Winter Wonderland. On the way, you'll also pick up fun facts about the incredible
amount of materials, time, and effort it takes to bring Disney's Yuletide Fantasy to life.

Make plans to join us for Disney's Yuletide Fantasy to see how Disney celebrates the enchantment and
diverse traditions of the holiday season!

Location and Time: Epcot® Guest Relations Plaza (Outside the Epcot® main entrance) at 9 a.m.
Duration: 3 1/2 hours

Cost: $69.00 per person. Theme Park admission is not included or required.

HOPE THIS HELPS Disney :rockband:

We took this tour 3 years ago. I am a huge fan of the behind the scenes tours and we have taken several. This is probably my least favorite. Now let me say it wasn't that I didn't learn something or enjoy myself but it just didn't have the WOW factor the others had for me. Also, it may have changed in the last 3 years. We went to MGM, Epcot and the MK and they showed us the warehouse where all the Xmas stuff is kept. Of course the warehouse was very empty as the park is already decorated. You do get an ornament at the end. Hopefully you can get some other replies to see what others thought.

I took this tour last Christmas and really enjoyed it. Just think of it not as a tour about Disney, but a tour of their Christmas decorations. It is run much like other backstage tours (plush motorcoach transportation, one guide for a group of around 20 max.) Some highlights were learning the stories behind decorations in several World Showcase countries, seeing the GF Gingerbread house (and eating a delicious shingle!), and we should have seen Holiday Services (big empty wearhouse at the time, but we couldn't get in due to a mix-up. Didn't miss much though.) I really enjoyed this tour and would love to do it again, given the opportunity.

We took this tour several years ago also--so it might have changed somewhat. Our family enjoyed it--because it was a little different from the usual tours. The Holiday Warehouse--while it was somewhat empty--was still fascinating. You were able to see how all the decorations are put together and organized. We got a lovely ornament at the end.
