Any recommendations for a reliable, secure and inexpensive park & fly facility close to YUL? TIA!

You’re pretty much limited to Park n’ Fly. The official airport outside lots are more expensive and the other options on Cote-de-Liesse are mainly hotel lots. They are known as the car theft capital of Quebec, if not Canada.
