The new judge is doing what she can to keep things on track, I really just assumed she was going to call a mistrial. Though on Monday when court goes live she is going to tell jury to not consider any of Woodys testimony. Though I am not sure what they could have considered anyway as his testimony to now has been absolutely insane.
But on Monday she intends to ask jury if any of them will not be able to disregard Lil Woody’s testimony. If 8 can’t she said there will be a mistrial which I feel she might want as to get mistrial without having to do it herself and it might get her out of calling it with prejudice. I had started watching just before original judge got caught having exportee meeting with Woody and DA that part was crazy. That day was insane he actually tried to lock up defense lawyer for not telling him who told him about meeting. Monday should be fun but sadly
I feel it might be over. Kept thinking below every time they brought Woody.

No idea who is on trial. At first I thought it was that clothing designer. Looked it up and apparently someone else. No interest in watching any live court proceedings that probably drag on for days.

I think they are on day 109. So dragging on for months would be a more accurate estimation.

Absolutely crazy today.
THis is the most insnae thing I have ever seen.
Woody is somewhat now pleading the fifth but at the same time saying everything he ever said was a lie, at the same time showiung how courts force people into making up lies to better there own jail sentance.
