YQC worse than AAA at AKL

for dec 10 through 17, sav view at akl, and seven-day hoppers for three adults, one child, i'm being quoted 2996.61 using code yqc.
my aaa rate was only 2768 (1858 for the room, 910 for the tickets)...

hmm.....

anyone else finding that the new rate doesn't beat aaa?

I think I read in tghe mousesavers thread that this seems to be a problem- or that at least AAA is really close to the new discount.

With my room only rate AAA at AKL for Standard view , 3 nights, it was $719

With the new room only code for POOL VIEW at AKL, 3 nights is $669.

I saved $50 with the new code plus got one cat. room upgrade.
