We have decided to take a cruise for our anniversary in June 2018.

We will be able to do a Disney day as an excursion.

Which Park would you choose and why?

Last time we did this we hit our favorite rides in all four parks but it was a very rushed 8 hours.

Just wondering what your itinerary would be if you had just one day?

Our favorite rides are ToT, RnRCoaster but there isn't much else at HS anymore that we love.

Maybe two parks might be a good idea..

Oh and we have not yet seen Pandora as it was being built last time we were there.

For us, it would depend on park hours (if we didn't have the hopper option). If I'm only going to have one day to spend in the parks, I'd be going to the one with the longest operating hours that day!

I'd definitely opt out of DHS as there isn't enough there to occupy half a day for us, nevermind a full one. I also wouldn't expect them to be open the longest due to that. We absolutely adore AK, always have, and I think Pandora was a great addition. On our June trip, we visited AK 8 times (and mostly at night -- it's beautiful!) during our 9-night stay.

Maybe a morning at Animal Kingdom, followed by an early dinner at Sci Fi and a ride on TOT & RNR?

I am going to assume I would have park hoppers and start at Rope Drop:
Begin the day at AK with RD Pandora area, hit safari, EE and Dinosaur.
Head to HS Hit RnR and TOT (thought I could totally skip this park)
Take boat to Epcot
Grab lunch and rest
Hit Soarin, Test Track, Spaceship Earth
Take Monorail to MK
I must hit Haunted Mansion, POTC, BTMRR, Small World.
Watch the Fireworks (hope its EMH) then go back and do 7D, PP, Space Mt, Buzz light year and finish with people mover.

If hoppers then I would splits between HS and AK. Hit HS first and then head over to AK and spend he day. Pandora is really amazing to see but it is best at night and those hours are pretty limited. Still, FoP with or without a FP is a must. It is an amazing ride that takes simulators to the next level.

We had hoppers in June... we started the day with RnRC and ToT, then hopped to Animal Kingdom. It was perfect... we spent the late morning/early afternoon at Animal Kingdom, and then rested at the resort for a bit before enjoying dinner and the evening in EPCOT. It sounds like a lot, but it was an amazing day!
