YouTube Live Stream - Subscriber only chat?

Wondering what is going on as I am subscribed but can not chat as its saying subscriber only chat? Been subscribed for a long time as well so not sure what is going on? Always could chat before as well.

I would try unsubscribing and then, after making sure no one else in your family is watching videos on your account, resubscribing.

Make sure you are logged in to youtube using the correct account. That happened to me when my husband had his youtube logged in to the computer I was watching from
