Thanks for joining!! My family is dismayed that we would want to go again after just going last year, my MIL asked why we just couldn't go to Dollywood?:rotfl2:

Have a great trip! Looking forward to reading your reviews!!

Well, our trip is looming!! We only have 3 days until we start eating! The first thing I'm getting is a Dole Whip :cloud9::love: I had one last year and I can't stop thinking about it!

Our ADR's start on Sunday. I'm not bringing the computer, so I can't start our reviews until we get back, so stay tuned!

Well, we are back :sad1: We had a great time with some great and not so great food.

Sorry, no pics, but I'll try to detail everything!

Day 1- Magic Kingdom

We arrived around 11:00 am at MK and went directly to Cosmic Rays. We got the veggie wrap, cheesesteak, and kids chicken nuggets. Everything was good and we loved the mushrooms and onions at the fixins bar. For dessert the kids all got chocolate chip cookies and we got a chocolate cake and carrot cake. We loved the carrot cake, but the chocolate cake was a little too rich for our simple tastes.

We found the Magic Kingdom to be very crowded, but were able to ride a few things.

We went back to POR around 3:00 and took the boat to DTD where we ate at Wolfgang Puck Express. We LOVED this dinner. I got spaghetti (simple, but delicious) with a ceasar salad, DH got some chicken sand. that he said was ok, 2 of the kids got spaghetti and 1 got the cheese pizza. The kids cheese pizza was huge and declared by all to be one of the best cheese pizzas ever!!! We also all enjoyed the frozen yogurt with various toppings. It was really nice to be served at a counter service!!:)

Day 2- Animal Kingdom- to come....

Day 2- Animal Kingdom

We had an 8:00 ADR at Tusker House and literally just made it at 8:00. We were seated right away after a photo with Donald, who our DD fell in love with. The jungle juice wasn't as good as I remembered it, but the food was good. The kids loved the doghnuts and enjoyed the characters. I loved that they had a good variety of selections with some unusual stuff added in. DH filled up his plate several times, so it looked like he liked it as well. We did this last year and will do it again!

We had snacks for lunch since we filled up at breakfast and enjoyed touring AK.

For dinner we had an ADR at T-Rex (OOP) so we headed back to POR and took the boat to DTD. We were able to be seated earlier than our ADR. Our kids love this restaurant!! I had the salad with cranberries and chicken (can't remember the name) and it was so good. Our oldest DS had the hamburger sliders and chips which he ate quickly, the middle had buttered noodles that he enjoyed, and our youngest DS had dinosaur chicken nuggets that he shared with DD. My husband had a hamburger and had no complaints. Overall, good meal and awesome atmosphere. A little pricy, but we used our rewards card so all was well.

Day 3- Epcot (Princesses, Chef Mickey's, and Pirates Cruise) coming up...

Day 3- Epcot

We started the day with snacks in our room and then got to Epcot before rope drope. Rode Soarin, Test Track and Spaceship Earth all before 10 and started toward Akershus for our ADR there. We only waited about 10 minutes before being seated and had our pics taken with Belle. Our DD wore her Princess Tiana dress and everyone made a big deal about her which really made her day! We sat down to eat and headed off to the cold buffet. This was really good with fresh berries, pastries, cheese, and breads, and yogurt. My DH even ate some fish! Our hot plate was brought out right away. The eggs were good and the cheesy potatoes were a little peppery, but good. We saw Cinderella, Snow White, Ariel and Sleeping Beauty. Our DD was in heaven!!:cutie: Our middle DS also enjoyed all of the attention.:cloud9: It was really a much better experience for us than our one at Cindy's Royal Table last year.

In the afternoon we headed by monorail to the Contemporary and Chef Mickey's! The food is average, but the atmosphere and the sundae bar kept us coming back here. The kids loved it and we will go back again the next time we go to Disney (next year if I have my way:upsidedow)

Next, we headed to the Pirate and Pals cruise pirate: We were greeted with pirate bandanas (a little small for our big heads ) and escorted into the meeting room by some rowdy pirates! They had water bottles, soda and coffee available and tons of prepackaged snacks. Seriously, we ate for the rest of the week on the snacks that we got. The kids were able to meet Captain Hook and Mr. Smee and followed them out to the waiting boats. The pirate captains were very entertaining and it was great to watch the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom without fighting crowds. At the end, we were greeted by Peter Pan and Tinker Bell. It was a really great adventure!:cheer2:

Day 4- DHS coming...

On to Day 4- DHS

After the mad dash to TSM we wandered around until 11:00 and our ADR at Sci-Fi. My kids LOVED sitting in the cars and the movies! I don't think we've ever had a more quiet meal. 2 of the DS had mac -n- cheese and tomato soup which they said was good and the other DS had hamburger and tomato soup and I think fries too. They all had ice cream sundaes for dessert (except DS (6) who wanted plain vanilla) Now onto ours. My DH and I both got the cookies and cream milkshake and let me tell you- YUM!!! This itself was worth the trip to the Sci-Fi. Absolutely wonderful!! All the kids shared with us and it was by far the best thing we had all week.
For entrees my DH got the rueben which was good and I got the hamburger with mushrooms and onions which was huge! For dessert we got the brownie sundae and the apple crisp- both were delicious, but didn't compare to the milkshakes!

We stayed at DHS all day and had a quick counter service and Cataline Eddies for dinner. I think we had pizza, chicken nuggets and some kind of sand. This meal is kind of blurred because we were in a rush to see Fantasmic! We got to the show about 1/2 hour before it and easily found seats.
