One of the best family vacations we have ever taken!

Loved it the actual hotel! Did have some bad custumer service. This is more than 10 words but I have to say it. Don't rely on the lige guards around the pools! My DS 6 got in at the steps. Neither of us realized the pool dropped off quickly to over 5 ft. My DS stepped backwards and the water was over his head. I had to go in and ge him with all my clothes on! Shoes and all. The life guard never saw one second of what happened. One more complaint but I will stop there.

LOVED the resort, Frozen Cokes & Blues- YUM, awesome icons, groovy CM's, GREAT bus service.

This is based on 4 different trips there. Not one real complaint. Going back in Nov.

I think it is the nicest of the value resorts. This is the resort I would choose if staying at a value.
