Your Trip Planner/Binder

We have a binder as well. We keep all our plans for each day-as well as the hours for each park-just like everyone else. I also add what I call, "Disney Diaries" to our binder. It is a questionairre and diary part of our binder. I ask questions about the day-such as weather, what we eat for each meal-how we spend the morning, afternoon and evening. I also have some questionairres in there about our trip-called Favorites. For our upcoming trip-I added our "Disney Bucket List" to try to cross off a couple of those items. We love looking back on our "binder" after the trip as well. Happy Planning!

I use the deluxe edition of Passporter for planning. It has plenty of pockets and if you sign up for a season pass on the Passporter site you can get access to tons of spreadsheets etc. I do not carry the whole book in the parks, but I have the spreadsheets printed off for each day. I also use Touring plans in the park on my phone so I have access to that also. But for planning Passporter is the best.
