In order of preference. We will be there for the first time ever and are looking for 4 real good sit down meals in the evening.

Can you tell us more about who is traveling? We are sure to book Chef Mickey's EVERY trip because to us that is the ultimate Disney meal. However, if you are a young couple you may prefer something a little more romantic than napkin twirling and pictures with the mouse :)

Ohana for dinner
50s PTC for lunch or dinner
Le Cellier for lunch
Biergarten and Nine Dragons(sorry but it was a tie with these two)

Wife and I are mid to late 40's.

Daughters are 12 & 16.

Heck I can't even twirl a napkin. Lucky if I can get one around my neck so I don't slop myself up!

Happens when you get old.

LeCellier-- WONDERFUL steaks!!

Coral Reef... great fish and incredible atmosphere!

1900 Park Fare Cinderella dinner... The stepmother and stepsisters are a riot!

Chef Mickeys....you've GOT to meet Mickey and get his autograph, right??

1.Jiko
2. California Grill
3.Artist Point
4. Cinderella's Castle dinner ( must do at least once for the ambience - food is good but not as good as the top 3)

Le Cellier (EPCOT)- Awesome scallops!
Hollywood Brown Derby (HS) - great steaks!
Crystal Palace (MK)- BEST WDW buffet with Winnie the Pooh Characters!
Hoop De Doo Review (WILDERNESS CAMPGROUND)- BEST dinner show!

I haven't gotten to all the restaurants I want to try yet, but I do have 1 fave:

Jiko Jiko Jiko (without the kids)

With the kids (ages 5 & almost 2 right now)...I'd have to say Crystal Palace. Food has always been up to par & the characters entertain the kids long enough for me to actually eat.

Flying Fish, Blue Zoo, IL Mulino, Artist Point, Le Bistro...there are a few others, we rotate these because they are all fantasic.

Le Cellier (they serve la fin du Monde)
Rose & Crown
San Angel Inn
Biergarden or ESPN

There's a theme here - all Epcot. Jiko and CG are good too.

These do not necessarily have the best food, just where we enjoy eating the most - the total experience. We have eaten in every WDW restaurant we're interested in too, except for Tuto which we will eat at in May. Oh, never ate at V&A either

Le Cellier
Tutto Italia
Chef's De France
Le Cellier - you get my drift right! but if it wasn't there Boma would be #4.

OP, are you on dining plan or not? Most of my favorites are not on dining plan.

Bistro de Paris
bluezoo
Il Mulino

If on dining plan I would pick

Flying Fish
Jiko
Citricos
Ca Grill

Jiko, California Grill, Kona Cafe, Boma.

Today's choices (for dinner):

Spoodles - I much, much prefer the long lost menu of yester-year, but this place ALWAYS provides the best service

Kona Cafe - Food quality here helps me over look the less than superior table arrangements in this restaurant. For dinner every course offered has variety and creativity

Le Cellier - Though, to me, it falls short of the hype, it is still great for Disney fare. I wish to highlight service here, as well. Our Canadian servers have always been wonderful.

Crystal Palace - a character meal MUST be included, and this place is head and shoulders above CM in terms of quality and atmosphere, imo. I like a window seat, after dark, to peek at the castle throughout out meal).

I would probably have different answers tomorrow...

Here are ours (and understand that we do not do Signature restaurants at Disney):

1. LeCellier at Epcot
2. Fulton's at Downtown Disney (unfortunately, not on dining plan and very expensive)
3. Biergarten
4. Plaza Restaurant

I love the top 3 so much, we have a regular server at each one.

1. Jiko
2. Citricos
3. Flying Fish
4. Toss up with Bistro and Cali Grill (we have had mixed experiences at both, top 3 have always been perfect)

For breakfast, the buffet at Boma is by far the best we have had.
