We just returned form our vacation, Dennis from Your Ride provided our transportation. He was the best! We had used Tiffany before but found YourRide was better. We stopped at the grocery store, when we came out he was there waiting. They were always prompt for our pick up both ways. Dennis was friendly and very professional. We will use YourRide for our future trips because of the excellent service.

Thanks! I just cancelled Tiffany and booked Yourride a couple of weeks ago. After reading about how great they are I thought we would give them a try. I know a certain someone on these boards had a problem, but one person's problem doesn't undo all of the satisfied customers I have been reading about on these boards. Looking forward to seeing Rabbit or one of the other drivers in Dec!

After reading all the posts about Your Ride... mostly pro, a few con, I finally called and spoke to Rabbit today on the phone and booked a limo for our ride to AKL this October! We're going to Walt Disney World!!!!

There were two factors that really made the difference to me:

The biggest concern I had were all those posts about drivers with Happy Limo nagging customers for tips. I want a relaxing trip to my hotel, not none-stop badgering about tips. Your Ride has a reputation for courteous, professional drivers. No "sponging for rum" there.

I have a friend in Florida who worked for a limo company for a couple of years. One of the nasty tricks unethical companies play on their customers is quoting one rate, then billing your credit card quite a bit more. Surprise! Good luck getting the money back. I was told to be sure and go with a known and respected company. Clearly the folks at Your Ride don't play those games.

Besides, Your Ride has the Carrieberry seal of approval!:D

We've used Yourride 3x now & have been pleased each time; have had Rabbit & Jimmy as our drivers, they're great! In August, when we did the grocery stop, I asked Jimmy for the store w/the largest variety; he stopped at Albertson's & the selection was great & most of what I purchsed was on sale (the best part was that they had our regular 8'Oclock French Roast coffee, need it to wake up). We'll be going again in Nov. & we'll be booking w/Rabbit soon.

Do they stop at a Grocery store w/o charging you????
Do you have to let them know that ahead of time?
How long do you have a the store....30 minutes????
Thanks for your help.

Chris596,
There's no charge for the grocery stop; yes, you do have to let them know when you book & it's 30 minutes (but that's plenty of time, my DD & I grabbed 9 plastic bags worth of groceries & a case of water in that time!).

$10 each way has been the norm on these threads anyways.. That seems like a good tip, considering they actually help you with your luggage and not make you load it in and unload it.

We're booked for Thanksgiving and can't wait to get there!!;)

I skip the grocery store stop and pop into the Character Corner Disney outlet right outside of WDW. ;)

Do you tip the drive for each direction even if you are having the same driver both ways?

With YourRide (we only used them once so far) our driver Jim said he would be the same driver picking us up. So we tipped both ways as we paid when he dropped us off at the resort.
But DH was so happy with the service that he tipped again when Jim dropped us off at the airport.

I was going to tip $10 each way just in case we don't get the same driver. If like Luv2Roam, we do have the same driver scheduled, I still may tip each way, just in case something happens on the return trip.

I have already booked a towncar with Yourride for my October trip to WDW. I hope we can receive a pleasant service from Yourride just like the majority people, since my future husband and I are going to WDW for a special occasion. :)

I booked a limo as a surprise for my girls for our upcoming October trip! Can't wait the folks from Yourride!

Darian~ Too funny! LOL! The "Carrieberry seal of approval!" I almost fell off my chair when I saw that! Thanks for making me smile!:p
