Your Ride Booking Problems - Anyone else???? UPDATE & Thanks

Thanks to all of you...I just got off the phone with Rabbit, told him the problem and got my reservation!

Hi all,
I've been trying to book with Your Ride for our April trip and I keep getting an error message "Sorry...Can't run from here!" I've also emailed Rabbit a couple days ago to no avail! Any ideas!

Someone else posted a similar problem. They had to call him.

I just also noticed that the board sponser is Florida Tours now.

i made reservations this afternoon with no problems. i haven't received my email confirmation yet. there is a toll free phone # on their web site. i talked with rabbit on the phone today also, he seemed to think there might be a price increase soon with all towncar services due to gas prices... so make your reservations soon!

I had the same problem and got the same error message. Called the toll free number and spoke to Rabbit. He was on the road at the time and asked me to resubmit my internet request. I did with the same result. I called him back a few days later. He pulled to the side of the road and took down my information. When I still hadn't received an email confirmation, I emailed Your Ride and asked for one. Received confirmation the next day. Don't give up....but I would recommend calling in the evening so hopefully you won't catch Rabbit in the car.
