I'm about a month from my 180 day dining window and I want to get my dining choices ironed out...

My DH and I are steakhouse lovers...where do you recommend? We are on the dining plan but we are open to paying OOP if it's worth it. We were considering Shula's and also Le Cellier since we weren't able to get an ADR on our last visit. Is Le Cellier worth the 2 credits?

Any help you can give is greatly appreciated!

I would go to Shula's and that wont' be an issue at the 180 window. Then I would say the Yachtsman and LeCellier.

Flying Fish also has a very good steak.

Ate at LC last year when it was 1ts dinner, but I would have said it was worthy of 2ts status.

Yachtsman was better though imo.

Shula's. Hands down.

Nothing else on Disney property comes close. I mean, I like Yachtsman, but their steaks are Outback quality in comparison to what you can get at Shula's.

Not a steakhouse but Flying Fish and Citricos have the best NY strip and filet we have ever had

Shula's is fabulous for steaks, Flying Fish also makes an excellent steak. I haven't tried LaCellier but I hear they make a good filet?

Shula's would certainly be the best if you can part from the DP.
If not, then Yachtsman. I'm not sure if anyone yet knows if Le Cellier will be worth 2 DP credits.

We thought the filet mignon was awesome at both Artist Point and Yachtsman Steakhouse :thumbsup2.

I would absolutely go with Shula's if you don't mind paying OOP and $$$$..it is hard to beat. My favorite on the DDP is Yachtsman Steakhouse. Also, Flying Fish Cafe has an amazing Char Crusted NY Strip, which is out of this world! I also enjoy the Mushroom Filet at Le Cellier.

Le Cel was terrible last time we were there, although I remain a dogged fan and will try again once they revamp the menu for signature dining. I am sure they will improve the cuts of meat they serve and it might be right up there with the best.

My favorite steakhouse in the World is Yachtsman, hands down. I had a ribeye in there that about blew the top of my head clean off.

In the World : 1. Shula's
2. Yachtsman
3. Raglan Road ( Serious Sirloin )

Outside: Johnnys Hideaway
Charlies
Texas De Brazil

Shula's handsdown!!!!!!!!!!!!!111

I have heard that Blue Zoo has a steak now that may be the best, but haven't tried myself yet.

Shula's.

Also check restaurant.com for certificates. Sometimes they have Shula's on there. :)

Shula's! Definitely the best without question. A little pricey but well worth it.

My choices.

1) Shulas
2) Yachtsman
3)Wolfgang Puck at DTD makes a very good steak, with some very interesting sides.

I had 3 meals at LC, all 3 were very mediocre at best. I didn't think it was worth 1 credit so unless they tweak the menu, I wouldn't go back.
