your opinion for the must do counter services

Based on all the posts here I REALLY want to try Earl of Sandwich & Wolfgang Puck Express on our next trip!

Here are some we liked last trip, many already mentioned here. We have somewhat of a limitation - my partner does not eat meat/poultry, only fish/seafood (although she doesn't like shrimp).

MK:
Columbia Harbour House - great veg options here, veggie chili & the "Lighthouse Sandwich"
Cosmic Rays - lots of options & they have a veggie burger

Epcot:
Tangerine Cafe

DHS:
Toy Story Pizza Planet - was the best veg option in DHS, & actually decent pizza

AK:
Pizzafari

I am going to talk specifically about DHS since the counter service restaurants there seem to be lacking. In my four trips as an adult, I have eaten at: Toy Story Pizza Planet, ABC Commissary, Starring Rolls, and Fairfax Fair. Out of those four, Starring Rolls was by far the best. Fairfax Fair has a pretty good salad, but the pulled pork was only "meh." Toy Story Pizza Planet wasn't that great, and the ABC Commissary was atrocious.

I do not remember FairFax the last time we were there ...

Where is it, is it open all the time for lunch and is it counter service?

Fairfax Fair in on Sunset Boulevard, across from the Fantasmic! entrance. They are counter service, and I assume they are open for lunch.

Just came back last week.

Two great counter service meals for us were: MK- Columbia House and AK-Y&Y.

MK - Cosmic Ray's (great choices & silly entertainment for the kids)
DD - DEFINITELY Earl of Sandwich, our favorite by far!
