Which restaurants do you just have to dine at or the trip feels incomplete? Ours are:

'Ohana the first night
Tony's the last night

I am a big tradional person and I just plan these two and work in the rest.

O'Hana for a firework dinner
Afternoon Tea at GF
Main Street Bakery desserts while watching Spectro and wishes

Trying alot of new place in November and have a feeling the list is going to grow a bitpopcorn::

Chef Mickey's first night for dinner.

1900 for breakfast.

There are others that we like and try to get to, but are flexible about if we can't get an ADR.

Our tradition is first night's meal at Boma. Wouldn't have it any other way.

We used to like to do Tusker House for bkfst - but this year felt rushed big time! Will have to consider carefully for our trip next year. Didn't feel we got off to a great start...
We always love the Hoop De Doo Review for dinner the first night - grandkids are still at the age where they love that slap-stick humor (ages 3 & 7).
There's nothing else I really feel is a "must-do" anymore. Sadly, most of our Disney restaurant experiences have not been all that great the last 2 times we visited. I think we'll rent DVC points and do most of our own cooking - and just forget the DDP altogether - eating out only once or twice. It makes me sad to say that for 2 reasons:
#1. I really will miss some of the great Disney restaurant experiences that we once had (tho they're no longer what they were and are priced far too high for the quality rec'd)
#2. That means I'll have to cook on vacation!! But I'd rather have decent food, any day!

Chef Mickey- first day- don't love the food, but it is tradition

Le Cellier
Garden Grill
Kona Cafe
O'Hanas breakfast

CS
WP Express- cannot beat the bargain when on the DDP

As long as we get to have at least 2 dinners at 'Ohana's I am a happy camper!!!

As long as I get to dine at one of the following the trip is complete

Crystal Palace
50's prime time cafe
Whispering Canyon Cafe
Kona Cafe
Tangerine Cafe

CA Grill is my only must-do, but I really enjoy CP lunch too.

Ohana is a MUST every vacation!! DH makes ADR as soon as he can so we can eat there and watch fireworks our first night. Its a great way to start the vaca:goodvibes
Two trips ago we were finally able to get into Le Cellier and needless to say it has become our obsession!

Loving all the responses! :goodvibes It's so interesting to me to see the differences and love that Disney has something wonderful for everyone. We loved Boma this last trip and are thinking of doing it again.

I am hoping to find another must-do. :thumbsup2 Right now I am thinking of trying Cal Grill and Raglan Road again as both were fantastic during our first trip.

Narcoossee's
Victoria and Alberts
Beaches and Cream
and for a last healty lunch on the day I fly home Ghirardelli

:lmao:

Le Cellier, '50s Primetime Cafe, and either California Grill or Citricos. We switch off on the last two since it is Signature. We'll be doing CA on our next trip, so I'll be missing Citricos. We're replacing Citricos with Grand Floridian Cafe, however, so we'll see if that becomes a new favorite.

Kona Cafe
Chef Mickey's
Sci-Fi On our last trip, we didn't have a ressie, tried to dine there, but the wait time was too long. What were we thinking?! :upsidedow Next time we will have a ressie. We love the atmosphere and shakes.

Crystal Palace, either breakfast or lunch. It's not Disney without a character meal, and after trying them all, this is the one we like best. We also tend to go to Biergarten every trip, but I would prefer not to. Not particularly a vegetarian's paradise;).

We used to count 50's Prime Time among this list, but for the first time ever we aren't doing it this year. It wasn't bad last time, just wanted to try something different We also used to go to Garden Grill every trip, but last trip was so terrible, we will not be back ever again.

Crystal Palace Breakfast is my to-do....whenever we go it has to be booked :) I Love the Pooh French Toast :)
Then we don't really have another must-do, but we always try to book something in Epcot, whether it is something we love or if we want to try something different!

Good to know as this was on our maybe list.

Narcoossee's seems to be popular. Might have to give that a try.
