What is the one thing that you have to do every time you go to WDW?

The absolute can't miss, everytime, it wouldn't be a great trip to WDW without it. It can be anything: ride, a special dinner, show, parade, a character you must see, a special place.

You know.....that magic moment you dream about before you go.

We have to start our WDW Adventure on Dumbo. Something about that ride first thing in the morning that makes me realize we are finally there.

Sniff Sniff.... excuse me while I go get a tissue.

Hmmm.... stop to take a picture of Cinderella's castle. I use my pictures as desktop wallpaper so I can see it everday at work. It just makes me feel like I'm in the land of fairy tales.

J;)

Mar '05 Marriott Grande Vista, family reunion, 1st time AP holder!
May '05 Cypress Harbour, return with Disney neophyte
Oct '05 Grande Vista & AKL, my first Disney birthday trip

*Must* ride Tower first thing.

Seeing DD's face when she sees "The Castle" for the first time! (And knowing she believes in fairy tales!) :goodvibes

Win at Millionaire, eat at WCC with Bobby the kid as our waiter, and illuminations cruise with Jeff as the Captain, find XXX at the MK in hopes of getting to open MK, make a batch of homemake snicker doodle cookies for the front desk at the BW...those are at least the top 5

I like to float around Blizzard Beach in a rubber ring basking in the florida sunshine whilst knowing everyone at home is freezing in the cold UK! ;)

Gotta go on the magical Mexico ride in Epcot....see the British Invasion in England....and have a glass of champagne in France.

We always start our magical trip by having breakfast in the castle. We have been on of the lucky ones and have always been able to get an 8:10am sitting. Then as soon as we leeave the castle we have to go straight to the Pooh ride and ride it at least twice. I could ride it over and over if the CM's didn't kick me off. :cool1: I am a 30 year old Pooh addict and i'm not gonna give it up and you can't make me. :hyper:

See WISHES, and ride BTMRR! Also, I always make sure that we get a Kaki Gori at Epcot. :earsgirl:

*Sing "We're walking right down the middle of Mainstreet USA-A-A" on our way to ride the Haunted Mansion for our first ride of the trip.

Attractions: Have to do Splash Mountain multiple times for DD9's sake, for me it's Peter Pan and Buzz Lightyear. I could do just these three attractions (preferably multiple times) and be satisfied.

Food: We also have to have pastries at the French bakery in EPCOT, usually more than once a trip. I have a thing for the Dole whips so I sneak over to Adventureland when I am supposed to be getting fastpasses for Space Mountain. Please don't tell my family.

Shows: It would have to be Lion King at AK. Can't walk by this one.

We always ride pirates of the carribean, several times, and eat at Chef Mickeys. My favorite thing to do is walk down Main Street and walk through the castle.

What great moments you all shared. Thank you :goodvibes

Ours is also that walk down Main in MK. Not just the sights and the looks on the families faces, but the music always makes me feel like a kid again.

That is what keeps us going back as adults. The truest form of Disney Magic is its ability to instantly turn you back into a kid. Wonderful isn't it? It is great living that through your child's eyes as well.

I can't wait to get back there next month :cloud9:

but we always try to get to MK for the little morning show on our first day.(You know, Good Morning, Good morning it's great to stay up late....) There's the point where they pause and you hear the steam whistle blow and start to see the train and Mickey and I cry every single time. I even misted up last night converting the 8mm tape to DVD. In that moment everything else melts away and all four of us "kids" are ready to play once more.
Drat... is it really still 64 days away? Where I put that DVD?

The FIRST thing I HAVE TO do is go to Mexico in EPCOT and have a margarita....then france for pastry

:jumping1:

First thing I do is head to Cosmic Ray's, get a hamburger and fries, listen to Sonny Eclipse's rendition of "Yew Nork, Yew Nork" and "Space Angel", then go ride the TTA and Buzz Lightyear!
