I've had the great pleasure of working with Shirley. She is great and is always prompt returning emails. She has gotten all the PS's I wanted for my trips! I know she'll come through again this time. She was also able to secure us an Illuminations cruise two years ago!

I have Rhonda and so far so good. I had to cancel once and she was so great helping me and telling me that as soon as I knew about going to get in touch with her.

She got me my new reservation, and I will soon be driving her crazy with PS's and all.
