I'd love to hear what everyone's favorite restaurants are within the World Showcase and/or BW/BC/YC areas. A big part of the WDW experience for us is having a nice sit down dinner each night at a different restaurant and this time we are looking to have dinner most nights within walking distance of the BC resort area. We are even considering having dinner in a different "country" each night, but I'm also aware that there are some good choices within the BW resort area. So what are your top choices?

Thanks!

Bluezoo, Kimonos, Il Mulino, Kouzzina or Flying Fish.

(The first three are not on the dining plan, and none of them are inside the park)

I haven't been to many TS restaurants in WDW but I loved the ones I did go to which are:

Le Cellier (my favorite)
Biergarten (fun and good buffet)
San Angel Inn (the one inside the pyramid - love the atmosphere)
Coral Reef (I had a great meal and the fish tank is awesome)

Those are the ones in Epcot that I've been to. Make sure you ask what you should order because I'm sure that makes a difference in whether you like the food or not.

Thanks. Have heard great things about LeCellier so that's the one ressie I've already made. Ate at Coral Reef when we were there a few years ago. Liked the meal, loved the atmosphere for obvious reasons. I'm a big fan of German food AND Mexican food so I'll take a look at Biergarten and San Angel Inn for sure.

Thumbs up for Flying Fish on The Boardwalk. If it's just 2 of you I'd recommend sitting at the Chef's Bar - you overlook the kitchen & the chefs interact with you while they prepare meals. It was a lot of fun to watch them - and the food was top notch!

We stay in the BCV and eat most nights of our trip in WS in Epcot. We love doing this!!
Some of our favorites include:
Rose & Crown in the UK,
Restaurant Marrakesh in Morrocco
Teppan Edo in Japan
San Angel Inn in Mexico

Last trip we returned to the Biergarden. DH enjoyed it but I was disappointed. I didn't really enjoy the food and the entertainment was much shorter than I expected from the reviews.
Next trip we are going to try Tokoyo Dining, never been there.
DH doesn't like french food, so we haven't eaten at Chef's de France or the Bistro.
We enjoyed Le Cellier, but I will have to wait and review the menu now that it is going to 2 credits on the DDP.
Enjoy

There are so many. Inside the park, I like Coral Reef and Bistro de Paris. At the Boardwalk area, Flying Fish, Shula's, Kouzzina, Bluezoo and Kimonos would be my top choices.

I like these and Shula's. As was stated earlier, the only one on this list that accepts the DDP is Flying Fish. I haven't tried Kouzzina yet, so I can't rate that.

Thanks. We are definitely going to have to limit it to the DDP restaurants and probably only one restaurant that costs 2 DDP meals. That looks to be between Flying Fish and the Yachtsman. Should have mentioned this up front!

So right now we're possibly looking at a lineup like this:

FF or Yachtsman
Le Cellier
Rose & Crown (prior to Illuminations)
San Angel Inn
Biergarten
Restaurant Marrakesh
Teppan Edo

Although one of those spots will probably be used for the Fantasmic dining package at H&V.

Flying Fish is much better than Yachtsman. I'm not sure when you are going but Le Cellier is also changing to a 2TS credit for dinner.

Out of the others, I would rank them in the following order:

Biergarten, Teppen Edo, Marrakesh, Rose & Crown and then San Angel.

Cape May clam bake at BC , Shulas, Les Chefs ,Biergarten, Marrakesh

Gah....forgot about the Cape May clam bake. My 10 yo DD will go nuts for that one. (she likes clams and mussels more than my wife and I...and we love them). Decisions decisions. Damn shame that there is only one dinnertime per day.

CR Resort Fan 4 Life: My favorite is Beaches & Cream and it's located at the Beach Club.

For dinner?

How about Nine Dragons? We do eat a lot of Chinese food, which we all love. Anything special about this place or would we be disappointed? My wife and I spent two weeks in China when we adopted our oldest and we loved the authentic chinese food as well. Is ND more of an authentic or an americanized chinese restaurant?

In EPCOT, we love Coral Reef, Tutto Italia, LeCellier, Biergarten, Rose and Crown and Tappen Edo. In the BW/BC/YC area we love Flying Fish and Cape May for breakfast but hated the clam bake.

Interested to know why you didn't like the clam bake!?

We waited an hour past our ADR time to be seated. The entire lobby of the BC was full of groups just like us. The hostess just kept telling everyone that they were in the middle of a "turn over" and that we'd be seated shortly. Suddenly almost all of the pagers seemed to go off and once and they attempted to seat everyone.

We sucked the wait up and were just ready to eat at that point but the buffet was horrid. The hot foods were cold, the cold items were warm, the crab legs were stringy and stuck to the shells (we got them multiple times and they were all like that), there were very few non seafood items, the only carved meat was a horribly fatty and tough steak, the sides were just gross (mushy corn, flavorless potatoes, overcooked pasta), there were empty spots on the buffet the entire time. We also had an overwhelmed and inattentive server that we had to chase down to get drink refills. The only good part of the meal was dessert.

We were utterly disappointed to say the least. I hope it was just an off night for them and we've not totally written them off but it will be a while before we give them another try.

Flying Fish over YS for sure! We loooove FF! We like YS as well, but not a must do. Inside the park: Coral Reef, Marrakesh, Chefs de France. I've not tried 9 Dragons in a while, but it wasn't a fav. I found it to be very much Americanized.
