I'm still thinking about food at DL (posted a thread about top restaurants last week). Anyway, instead of telling us your favorite restaurant, what is your number one favorite meal that you've had at Disneyland? Even if it isn't from your favorite restaurant, what entree do you wish you could be eating right now?

I'll go first. I'm thinking my favorite meal is the dinner buffet from Storyteller's Cafe at the Grand Californian. My favorite snack is a Dole Pineapple Whip.

I don't really have a favorite meal in DL. But my fave snack is the Cream Cheese Jalapeno Pretzel. I have been dying for it all week. :)

Burrito or rotisserie chicken from Rancho del Zocalo.

Chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich. It's just YUM!

My absolute favorite meal, because it brings back great memories of my childhood, is eating Mickey Mouse pancakes at The River Belle Terrace first thing in the morning. I used to love listening to the Swiss Family Treehous music, now I like watching the people file in to ride Pirates, Splash Mountain or Haunted Mansion.

My favorite meal, hands down, is from Ralph Brennen's in DTD. I think this is an amazing restaurant. I loved their gumbo and jambalaya. I just couldn't get enough of them!

My favorite snack is the infamous Cheshire Cat Tail from Marceline's or the Winnie the Pooh treat shop. Sooooo good....

Snack: Churro

Meal: Monte Cristo sandwich (with the tasty gumbo) at the Blue Bayou (I love watching the boats pass by and the atmoshpere, especially on a hot day when the park is crowded)

Hmm...right now I could go for some pomme frites and gumbo from Cafe Orleans.

For a snack I love the Mickey Pretzels and cheese or if it's sweets I'm craving a dipped pretzel rod with caramel, pecans dipped in chocolate. :thumbsup2

I would have to say the bacon wrapped asparagus skewers at Bengal BBQ! Could eat a couple of them as a meal or one as a snack, soooo incredibly yummy!

As far as sweets, definitely churros!!!:lovestruc

Meal: Cajun spiced salmon @ BB (which is my only must-eat at DLR - I've never had a bad meal but it's the atmosphere that takes the cake).

Snack: Not just one but I always have to have at least one churro, mint julep from the Mint Julep Bar in NOS, and cream cheese filled pretzel with a special Cherry Coke at Refreshment Corner.

My favorite meal was the beef stew in bread bowl from French Market, unfortunately that menu has changed and it is no longer available :sad1:

Fav snack, I can never go wrong with just a plain ol' vanilla scoop on a cone. Although dole whips aren't far behind. :thumbsup2

I MUST try those asparagus skewers the next time I'm there. They sound amazing. I don't know why we haven't done that yet!

I don't really have a fav meal. But my fav snack is a toss up between a dole whip, frozen banana, or Mickey Pretzel. OH.....or a corn dog. MMMMMM This is probably why I don't have a fave meal..........too much snacking!!:rotfl:

Favorite snacks would be salted Mickey pretzels or (sharing) a chowder bread bowl.

Meal: crab cakes or the 5 pepper steak at the BB! The BB is an attraction I get to have a meal in - always a favorite place. :lovestruc

Favorite meal will have to be the fried chicken from Plaza Inn.

I can not think of a favorite snack :confused3 probably a coke or a waffle cone ice cream

Oh my goodness I am so excited about this thread. The best meal I ADORE and my mouth is watering just at the thought of it, is the chicken parmesan/cream pasta at the restaurant next to space mountain. AMAZING.

Where do you get the cream cheese jalapeno pretzel? I must have it :cool1:

oh boy. Well I am a horrible Disney Addict, because i don't know what any of the food type places are called (except for Blue Bayou and Redd Rocket)

Buuut. It was on Main Street.. lol. Probably anywhere that you can get a pretzel. I'm going to be there in about 5 days so I will have to get back to you on the exact name of the place (cause i'm sure I will be there QUITE a bit.) :thumbsup2

The pomme frites at Cafe Orleans and the beignets at Ralph Brennan's are the best snacks in the resort (but those beignets are filling!). I'd say my favorite entree is the chowder bread bowl you can get at Pacific Wharf (or Harbour Galley or French Market). Nothing says comfort food like that!
