This is due to potential strike action related to the Broadway League, the Actor's Equity Association and the American Federation of Musicians Local 802 on the grounds of discourse related to fair benefits. Virtually ALL non-Ragtime performances in the New York area, including many Disney on Broadway productions like Aladdin, may get cancelled 2 weeks from today. Prepare accordingly for any cancellations and impending disappointment if you have already purchased your tickets and other circumstances prevent you from adjusting or moving your travel.

Tours are not under the contract that includes the potential strike so those should go on as scheduled. That includes Beauty and the Beast which is only touring right now.

But yes, Aladdin and The Lion King on Broadway would be affected.
