Magic Kingdom:

-Columbia Harbour House: salmon dish, I sub the cous cous for extra brocoli, and it's delicious, esp for a QS salmon, I loved it!

-Salads there were good, but not fantastic, but that was a few years back, they've probably updated them since!

-Pecos: get a burrito, take away the shell, hit up the toppings bar for all the veggies & guac, and you've got an amazing and delicious bowl of awesome!

-Diamond Horseshoe (when/if it's open as a QS) has awesome salads with tons of meat!

-Cosmic Rays: has a "pasta" salad thats actually a delicious spinach salad with a few pieces of tortellini on it, super yummy! Also has choices like roast chicken with green beans!

-BOG: dinner has a salmon dish that was okay, the veggies were GREAT, but the salmon was teensy overdone.

-Any table service meal you'll be able to sub out starches for extra veggies, or ask for no butter/oil on them, or sub in say, a garden salad instead.

Epcot

-Sunshine Seasons: ALL THE THINGS, seriously, all the fruit, veggies, lean protein, this is your heaven for healthy delicious meals at Epcot, or even just Disney all together! So many choices, and they're all amazing. I used to come here before/after work or to grab a meal on my break!

-France has some decent salads too! BUT they are a little too pricey for my taste now.

-Morocco: the vegetarian platter here is my favorite, it's not SUPER filled with veggies, but it's filling, and good for you and delicious!

-Norway: has an AWESOME open faced smoked salmon sandwich! I'm sure you could add on a side of salad or fruit/veggies that come with the kids meals

DAK

-The little refreshment stand outside of the safari has pre packed fruit & veggies you won't find elsewhere, and fruit & cheese plates for a reasonable price, I love the fresh watermelon here!

-Harambe market has some skewers that are good protein sources

-The new place over by EE has a DELICIOUS shrimp mango slaw/salad thing. Super tasty, 2 really big shrimps and shredded veggies/fruit.

-Flame Tree has amazing portions of proteins with either fruit, green beans, or some kind of veggies on the side

DHS

-ABC USED to have an amazing salmon quinoa salad, and it's honestly the only place I can think of having something decent in DHS qs to eat....I'll usually go there, they've got at least one healthy dish on the menu. Everywhere else seems to be pizza/burgers. I did get a kids meal from the boat dock thing last trip and it was decent, turkey sandwich on wheat bread with a side of apples/carrots and water

-Art of Animation's food court: has AMAZING choices, it's not worth the trip by itself, but if you're staying there, or staying at Pop, we would go over before the parks, or take the bus back there and walk back to Pop with delicious food. The choices are way healthier (even multigrain pasta) and they've different than other places, which is a huge added bonus

-Coronado Springs QS has "build your own salads" that I believe are $10 and you can add as much protein as you'd like, I'm talking, eggs, chicken, steak, you can have it all and it doesn't cost any extra!

-Over at the Swan/Dolphin there's a QS that's open 24 HOURS A DAY, and it's similar to chipotle, build your own burritos, again, sans shell, add extra veg and you're golden

Again, ANY TS meal can be subbed to be with just veggies, IE; at Le Cellier, I'll get the filet mignon, but sub in green beans with no butter instead of the risotto, big protein, some veggies, get a salad to start, and we're good. If you're going to be making major changes to things, or eating a certain "style" (ie, no gluten, no dairy, etc) try to note it on the resso though!

Buffets are a really good option if you have the willpower to stay away from the stuff you don't want lol! I'll usually go up and LOAD a plate with veggies/salad/fruit, and try to power through that before I eat anything else, but I'll still eat potatos and stuff lol.

1900 PF, Crystal Palace, Trails End, Ohana, WCC, are all places with lots of good choices, WCC & Ohana esp for the proteins!

To some degree, I will follow this philosophy. As I said, my wife and I are really into fitness, especially her. We eat healthy most of the time, so I don't even think we could eat junk all week, we'd feel sick. But having said that, I won't lie...I fully plan to eat my fair share of ice cream and other snacks. :D Typically what I'll do is eat a very clean "base", so my breakfast/lunch and most of dinner is my normal healthy nutrition. But I won't shy away from ice cream or other snacks that we pack for the kids. We will go out to eat a handful of times, and in those cases I order whatever I want, as a treat to myself. My wife...not so much...she'll eat a little, but not as much.

I've had the QSDP twice this year and each time I made ambitious plans to EAT ALL THE DESSERTS. I literally spent hours on the internet perusing menus and drooling over ice cream sundaes and red velvet cupcakes, pizza at WPE and nachos at Cantina de San Angel. Both times it lasted two days before I began to feel queasy at the thought of anything fried, carbonated or slathered with frosting. For the rest of the trip I used my credits on salads, fruit and bottled water.

It goes like this:

Day 1
Breakfast-chocolate croissant, coffee W/hot chocolate
Lunch-WPE pizza, creme brûlée, lemonade
Dinner-Pulled pork, burnt ends hash, chocolate cake, beer at Flower & Garden

Day 7
Breakfast-1/2 of a fruit cup, tea
Lunch-nothing, still feeling a bit yuck
Dinner-salmon, broccoli, couscous at Columbia Harbor House, bottled water X 2

I ended up trading in a couple of QS credits at the Werther's shop for caramels for DH.

This is new, I used to be able to shove anything down my gullet, no problem. Getting old sucks.
