Hello Everyone!

Tell us about your upcoming Disney trip. Where are you staying, when are you going, what all are you planning on doing? Is this your first trip? second? Let us know!

David

Hi there! My family and I are staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge from April 9th/10th to the 15th, and we plan on having a very standard, but oh so magical, trip, giving every park it's own day, relaxing at the hotel we've been dreaming about for years, aaaaand having a blasy. :) Last but not least, I am 15 years old and this is my 15th or so trip. :)

July 6-13
Staying at CSR
Hopping through all four parks
Celebrating our 10th anniversary

This is one of many trips for me, but it's my kids' first trip and only the second for my husband.

June trip for 6days/5 nights
Staying at Boardwalk Villas
DH and I have been multiple times, but second trip for our kids and our first multi-family trip!!

We've got 2!

BWV in a garden view studio from 5/12-16 to enjoy F&G! Just me and DH.

Poly studio standard view 9/10-16 for our anniversary, my birthday and my parents anniversary!

I've lost count of what number these trips will be...35-40?

We're going 1/29-2/3 and staying at the Poly with lagoon view. We have hoppers and plan to go back and forth among all the parks as the spirit moves us. For this trip, it's me, DH, and DS3. This is DH's 7th trip (5th with me); DS's 3rd trip (in 3 years); and my 12th, I think. We went April 2015 also and stayed at POR that time.

Hello Everyone!

Tell us about your upcoming Disney trip. Where are you staying, when are you going, what all are you planning on doing? Is this your first trip? second? Let us know!

We're going in August (7th to 19th) - staying at All Star Movies for a night before Poly (4 nights), Beach Club (3 nights), and GF (4 nights). There are 4 of us (kids are 13 and 15), and it's our 7th trip :)
As for plans, I have our park days and ADRs figured out, and we're doing 2 tours (Marceline to MK and Behind the Seeds) since we've never done a tour there before.

Hello!
It will be just me and my son (he will be 3 years old). Husband didn't like his first time visit last year
We are going 9/6/16-9/13/16
Flying from Indianapolis. Staying at Pop Century (which is our first time at that resort!) We have 6 day park hoppers and we are booked on the free dining BB and upgraded to the regular DDP. Still trying to figure out dining. Our 180 mark is only 43 days away. Definitely getting my son in on Pirates League though. Super excited about thatpirate: I've been to Disney more than I could ever count (I grew up in SW Florida). This will be my son's 3rd trip! We plan on making it a yearly thing.

Adult only trip. Feb.23-Feb.26 RPC GF theme park view. Planning on spending these days at the MK and surrounding resorts. We both have AP's and will be doing the train tour one morning and the Luau at the Poly one evening, both first's for us. Then we are heading to the BWI CL on the 26 till March 3. This will be our fifth time at the BW and our first time enjoying the F&G festival. We have also planned on eating at four new for us restaurants, The Wave, Tokyo Dinning, Poly Luau and the new place at the Boardwalk. I think this will be our tenth trip since our first one way back in 1991 for our honeymoon!

May 17 for 9 nights at AKV - trip #26
December 12 for 9 days at BWV to celebrate our son's college graduation - trip #27
May 4, 2017 for 8 days at ??? for our 37th anniversary - trip #28
Thanks to DVC members renting us points, we're staying DVC for the first time in May. :flower3:

We're going March 21-25 as of right now. Flight deals might shift our dates though.

We're staying at WL and this is our 6th (!!) trip over the last year (not sure what number overall). <- I feel both proud and slightly embarrassed by this. Ha!

We've got a late October - early November 8 day BWV trip. Two 60 somethings and two 20 somethings. It's our 6th trip as a family. We'll all hit the Food and Wine Festival pretty hard and will try the Swan/Dolphin Food and Wine Classic. Park Hoppers for 6 days with one resort day. I'm looking into a monorail crawl on that day off, ending with watching Wishes from the Poly beach. No other plans yet and I'm interested in hearing what others are planning!

We will be there June 5-12. We're staying at the Yacht Club, doing 5 park days and 1 pool/rest day. DH went once as a teenager and I went every other year from birth - 16. This will be our daughters' (4 and 7) first trip. We have lots of ADRs and are doing BBB. this is definitely a kid centered trip and will revolve around a lot of characters! DH has already agreed to return when they're a little older, but I'm hoping he'll love it and want to return more! Oh, we'll also be there for our 11th wedding anniversary.

Howdy OP. Awesome thread! Our 2016 trip is still very much in the early planning stages. We have not made any reservations yet, but we are getting close to that magic 180 day mark, so the plans will have to start coming together pretty soon.

It looks as if the trip will be my wife and I, our 12 year old son, and our 21 year old daughter. Dates aren't 100% firm yet, but it looks like we will be arriving on, or very close to the 19th of August, with the 20th being our first park day.

Tentative plans are 10 park days, one Disney Springs day. We expect to be driving a rental car from NY to Florida.

This looks like it may be our first time staying off site, and also our first time NOT using the dining plan, so lots of stuff to figure out as far as how much money we will need for food, what restaurants we really want to eat at. what meals we will just bring with us (not picky here, PB&J is fine for lunch for me). In some ways, I am disappointed we won't be able to take advantage of Disney transportation, room charge, dining plan, resort shipping, extra magic hours, etc.

On the other hand, there are advantages to driving to the parks, we can probably eat OOP for less than the dining plan would cost us, EMH parks are usually busier, so if we avoid them, we may be able to get as much, or more done, and not take as long to do it. Some of the houses we have been looking at for rent are simply amazing compared to what the same amount of money would get you in a Disney resort. I guess, lots of mixed emotions about this trip.

We'll be there the first week of May. It will be myself, dh and two kids. Joining the fun will also be my MIL, FIL, SIL, BIL, and Nephew who will be 5. For my family of four this is our 10th trip, 2nd for MIL and FIL, and first trip for nephew and BIL. SIL has been once before with my dd.
We are all staying in separate units at Bonnet Creek for 8 nights. We used to only stay onsite and still plan to in the future but we love the room and benefits of offsite as well.
We'll be doing a mixture of things together and apart. 5 Disney park days for them, 6 for us, a down day, and our last day will be at Kennady Space Center.
We didn't go to Disney at all in 2015 and are super excited to go back! :)

DD (14) and I will be staying at AoA - Little Mermaid section from March 16 - 27. We have Premier APs so we will be visiting all 4 parks plus Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. This will be my 3rd trip and DD's 2nd trip. We are looking forward to exploring the parks and checking out all the little details. Our touring style is pretty laid back. This is our first time using FP+ and we got everything that we wanted. We also made a few ADR so we are all set! Since we have made numerous trips to DL, we are looking forward to visiting WDW and seeing the differences between the parks.
