Younkers clearance/Homecoming

Younkers.com has quite a few juniors formals on yellow dot clearance, so I showed them to DD17, who liked 4 of them. With a 40% off clearance code (YELLOW40AUG), and free shipping code FREESHIP25 (just have to have $25 order), I ordered all 4 for $13-$17 each. We'll see what works, and return the rest, or sell them at consignment.

Posting in case anyone else is interested! We already got DD14's dress at a thrift store for $8.

Thanks! I ordered a dress DD16 liked as a possibility for Prom next spring. It was just over $20 so I threw in another simple slip dress that was only $4ish to hit the $25 minimum I needed for Shoprunner shipping. DD's on the Prom committee so she is definitely going, date or not, and one dress matched up pretty well with what she's been saying forever that she wants. Even if she changes her mind between now and then, I'm only out $20. I question the quality and the fit but with the Shoprunner shipping, if it doesn't fit right or it just isn't nice once we see it, I get return shipping for free. So what the heck!

I had a horrible experience with this line of stores (all of them under the Bon-Ton et al umbrella) in the past, but since it's not a must-have situation, we'll see how it works out this time!
