Woo-hoo.. I just got 2 free tix to see this next week.

I don't know anything about it though.. has anyone seen it?

I know my DD11 would love to go, but it will be late, (not a huge deal) and I'm assuming inappropriate?

My BF likes shows enough, and would probably enjoy a night out.

My DD's BF's mom and I are friendly. She loves any/all shows like I do.

Who do you think?

The musical? I didn't realize there was still a touring company.

I saw it on Broadway, and yes, some of the humor is off-color. Nothing overt, but definitely some innuendos. For example, there's a whole musical number called "Roll In the Hay." They are actually rolling in hay, but I'm sure the lyrics suggest something else. Also, "He Vas My Boyfriend" has some off-color lyrics (which I think are funny, but I'm an adult and I love Mel Brooks.) And the number "Please Don't Touch Me". Other than those three songs ...

I know the show didn't get good reviews on Broadway, but I liked it. It's also one of my favorite movies.

the touring company is coming here next week, but they must not have sold a lot of tickets 'cause they just gave away a ton for opening night..

I saw the musical in L.A. and thought it was a lot of fun (not as good as "The Producers," though). Definitely for a more adult audience. Plenty of innuendo in both songs and dialogue. Take one of the adults on your list.

Lots of fun music and silliness in the show. If you enjoy the Mel Brooks brand of humor, then you'll enjoy this show!!
