I have a question....if this has already been discussed, I'm sorry.

Okay....if Cane is NOT Jill's son then what about the paternity test he had with Chloe? Chloe did what she did because she knew that the test would show that Cane could not be ruled out as the father of her baby because of him being Billy's brother. See where I'm going with this......Are we supposed to forget about that? Or is there going to be a weird spin put on this? So what do ya'll think?

nothing about that has come up yet but today nina told kay and jill that she wants to have phillip's body excumed so that he could be tested for huntington's which is something that phillip 4 may have


jill told her that blood and tissue was saved at the lab after 2007 when he was excumed before so nina called only to be told that there are no such files - and nothing in the system or hard copies.

looks like "someone" had the files deleted and removed.

This is all very interesting. So....are you saying that Cane's blood was switched with Philips blood even for the paternity test?

I think its just terrible writing. If you remember correctly, the blood test was taken at Cane's house because Cane and Lily were worried that Chloe would pull something with the blood work. The viewers saw the blood being taken telling the viewers that there was no way the test was tampered with. Also, remember Cane said last week that he had a vile of real Phillips blood. The only way they can work this is for Cane somehow switched his blood for Phillips.

since phillip is langly or langly is phillip and since they all seem to get access to medical labs to switch results, names, whatever somehow it will come out that phillip snuck in and switched the viles of blood

just a little observation about jill

and gloworm for that matter.

are we daffy poor folk supposed to believe that dem der rich folk put all their, every single penny, every last buck they have in 1 bank in the islands?

hummm call me crazy but even i know that banks only insure you for what 60-100 thousand

even rich people banks would have some sort of insurance

and surely jill and dippy dorry wouldn't have more then 1 bank account and 1 bank

how do they do day to day transactions like baying the bills??? are we to believe that a bank in the cayman islands gives out checks and all their credit cards, automatic paymets etc are done through this 1 bank???


ok so even if she had more then 1 account and lost say 75% of her money down there - she STILL would have loads of money left that there's NO WAY IN HELL she'd have to take a $7 an hour nail salon job.

I don't think Cane gave blood for the DNA test with Delia-it was a cheek swap.

Also, no one knew that Chloe had slept with Billy back then. So no one would know about the brother thing except Chloe.

So either they'll have to pretend that never happened, or write it so Chloe fooled with the results, in my opinion anyway!

But that is what I was getting at. Chloe knew that Cane would not be ruled out because of him being Billy's brother. Now we are finding out that Cane and Billy are not related.

I know. I think at the time, the writers had no intention of Cane being a fraud. Since Chloe knew they were brothers, she chose Cane as her patsy. There was no reason for her to rig the test.

Now, since we know that Cane and Billy "probably" aren't related (can't be sure what the writers are planning here!) the only way to explain the test is for Chloe to have rigged it.

I mentioned that Chloe was the only one who knew about Billy because it is being debated all over the internet that maybe Cane used Phillip's DNA for the test. That wouldn't make any sense. He didn't know about Billy, he really thought he slept with Chloe, and he took responsibility for Delia when the test didn't rule him out! There is no way the baby belonged to Phillip, so no reason to use his DNA. Confused yet-I'm not explaining it well!

Ok....I'm confused on sooo many levels..LMAO!!!

Here are my questions/concerns:
1. Why is Adam doing this? I mean, if my dad got me outta jail and I got to live in a mansion instead...I'd be kissing some major butt.
2. Why doesn't Ash take a lie detector test to prove she's not insane??
3. Why can't anyone that Adam comes in contact with be decent..besides Heather..which I just think she's dumb!!!
4. This Mary Jane Benson person...what's her deal?!?! Why did she have a face change??
5. Could they have not picked a better Mac!?!? OMG!!! I LOOOVE her!! (Being VERY SARCASTIC!!!) Everytime I watch her, I just wanna fall alseep. I could read lines better than that!!!
6. Billy/Chloe/Mac...this whole thing is making me sick!! I mean, I know Chloe did some things...but the girl is seriously trying to turn her self and life around. Billy just needs to grow the freak up and become a man!!!

Mary Jane runs into Sharon at the GCAC. MJ congratulates Sharon for getting back together with Nick. Mary Jane also tells her that she and Jack are together and that they are happy. Later, Sharon runs into Jack, and she asks him about his relationship with MJ. Jack tells her that he isn’t about to get involved with “That woman” MJ overhears this and she isn’t happy!

Jill and Nina are still arguing about exhuming Phillips body. Jill finally give in and Nina calls the lab for another test.

Jill calls Cane to tell him about the exhumation. She assures him that the tests won't include DNA testing. Cane calls Phillip but he isn't available and leaves a message to return his call.

Nick goes to RS to pick up Summer. He tells Phyllis that he plans on taking the child house hunting with Sharon. Phyllis tells him that isn’t a good idea because their breakup is so fresh, but Nick thinks including Summer in the plans will help her adjust.

MJ tells Summer that Nick and Phyllis are doing what they are supposed to do as husband and wife, supporting each other. Summer says, Daddy and mommy don't live together and MJ tells her "Aunty Mary Jane will fix everything".

Kevin and Amber find the briefcase with money at the coffee house. Aucker comes to do a search and finds the money and arrests Daniel. Michael calls Phyllis to let her know. Phyllis gets ready to leave and Nick tells her he wants to take her, she's in no condition to drive, he asks MJ to watch Summer

PHYLLIS FREEZES, SPOTTING A WOMAN WHO, FROM BEHIND, LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE MARY JANE. PHYLLIS FLIPS OUT, MARCHES OVER ON THE ATTACK.

PHYLLIS: Hey! You! Turn around and face me, you little (the B word) I could strangle you for what you did!

BUT AS PHYLLIS GRABS HER BY THE ARM AND WHIRLS HER AROUND, WE SEE IT'S NOT MARY JANE -- ONLY A SHOCKED, SCARED WOMAN WITH THE SAME BUILD/HAIR COLOR. PEOPLE ARE STARING AS THE WOMAN TRIES TO PULL AWAY.

WOMAN: Let go of me!

PHYLLIS RELEASES HER AT ONCE, MORTIFIED.

PHYLLIS: Oh, my God! You're not... I am so sorry!

WOMAN: You should be. What the hell's your problem? I ought to call the police!

AS PHYLLIS BLANCHES, SHARON STEPS UP.

SHARON: Please don't. It's okay... she thought you were someone else. Someone who hurt her child. We apologize.

BEFORE HE CAN RESPOND, ASHLEY'S SURGEON ENTERS.

SURGEON: Hello, Ashley.

VICTOR: She's just waking up.

SURGEON: (TO ASHLEY) Probably feeling a little fuzzy still.

ASHLEY NODS. THE SURGEON TAKES A SEAT.

SURGEON: I'm here to talk to you about your surgery. Answer your questions.

ASHLEY GLANCES AGAIN AT VICTOR'S SOBER EXPRESSION. ALREADY HAS A SENSE OF FOREBODING, AS --

ASHLEY: How much... did you take?

SURGEON: (BEAT, GENTLY) The cancer had spread to your Fallopian tubes and your uterus. I had to remove them.

ASHLEY STARES AT HIM, FROZEN.

SURGEON: I'm so sorry.

THE SHOCK REVERBERATES THROUGH ASHLEY... THEN HER EYES FLICK TO VICTOR, FILLED WITH HORROR AND DISBELIEF, AND AN IRRATIONAL, DESPERATE HOPE THAT HE WILL DO SOMETHING -- ANYTHING -- TO MAKE IT NOT BE TRUE. TEARS SPILL FROM VICTOR'S EYES AS HE RAISES HER HAND TO HIS LIPS, KISSES IT, BUT IT'S NOT THE RESPONSE SHE WANTED. SHE WHIMPERS.

ASHLEY: No...

ASHLEY SHAKES HER HEAD, UTTERLY REFUSING TO TAKE THIS IN.

ASHLEY: No. (CLOSES HER EYES) Just... dreaming.

SHE OPENS HER EYES AGAIN. THE SCENE HASN'T CHANGED. WE SEE TERROR TAKING HOLD AS SHE BEGINS TO CRY.

THE SURGEON CAN SEE ASHLEY'S IN NO CONDITION TO TAKE IN FURTHER INFORMATION.

SURGEON: You want some time?

VICTOR NODS.

SURGEON: I'll be right outside.

SURGEON EXITS.



Rumor that Summer will end up in a coma because Mary Jane purposely feeds her something she's allergic to. Just as Sharon is about to tell Nick that he's the father of her baby, she sees him with Phyllis at the hospital and tells him that Jack is the father. This could lead to Sharon and Jack getting re-married, hence the "Justice of the Peace" audition script.

Also, rumor that Adam and Mary Jane will steal Sharon's baby and give it to Ashley, who believes it's her child. This is why they're continuing with the "hysterical pregnancy" arc.

The Tables are Turned on Adam and Cane!

Two stories reach critical mass this week on Y&R. First, Nina is thrown for a loop with Phillip III's casket is raised and it's filled with nothing but sandbags. Nina demands that Cane take another DNA test when she realized that Phillip could be Jill's son after all. She accuses Cane of being an impostor and believes that he managed to manipulate the details of the baby switch in Katherine's memory. "Cane's whole story is falling apart," acknowledges Tricia Cast. "He thinks that Nina is being emotional and protective."

Cane reluctantly agrees to take the DNA test, which stuns Nina and Jill. Lily tells Cane that she'll love him no matter what the results say. Alone, however, Cane calls Phillip and assures him that he's handling things in Genoa City so he can stop running. Then Cane goes to extremes to prove his identity.

Across town, Adam -- who was nearly busted by Victor and Ashley when his recording of Sabrina's voice got stuck -- is thrown a sidewinder when one of his tricks backfires! Adam believes he's in the clear when Estella is cuffed for harassing Ashley. Meanwhile, Ashley is relieved when Dr. Taylor (who Adam's been blackmailing) continues to lie that her baby is perfectly healthy. "I trust (Head Writer) Maria," says Eileen Davidson of the gaslighting tale. "The only thing I can do as this point is hope for the best. Ashley is really strong, so I'm walking a very thin line of playing the story as it's written, but also trying to keep Ashley's integrity intact."

Meanwhile, Adam's integrity is challenged once again when Victor's friend, Dr. Donahue, realizes that Adam has been injecting an unknown substance into his eyes. The news is bad for Adam when he learns that his eyesight could be damaged for real if he continues with the injections. Later, Victor suspects that another person is behind Ashley's tormenting; however, a suspicious Rafe is determined to prove that his aunt is innocent and demands to search Adam's room for incriminating evidence. Just how far will Adam go to stop him?
