I made the mistake of eating at McDonalds today for lunch and even though the sandwich was only $1, I am now truly paying the price.

I actually love McDonald's, but the rest of my family doesn't. Well, our beagle does - sometimes we go on dates to McDonald's.

My body can't handle it. It makes me sick everytime. Unless I get the grilled chicken but I was trying to be cheap. I took the kids because they begged me and I was feeling lazy.

The kids got inflatable swords that they promptly beat me with....it was worth every penny.

I don't know what heck they put in that food, but my stomach makes the strangest LOUD noises after I eat it. It doesn't happen with any other food. Only McDonalds.

Unfortunately I fell victim to the $1 McChicken yesterday. I was not feeing to good either.

I love french fries, but detest fast food (I usually make my own) but on the rare occasion that I go to mcdonalds (usually on a 4h trip with a bunch of other people) I'll get french fries and a Parfait(sp? I never had to spell that word before. its kinda funny looking) because I eat very little meat, and most stuff there makes me sick to my stomach.

I don't like their food and it makes me sick everytime I eat it but still at least once a month I get an uncontrollable impulse to drive through that archway to intestional heck and get me some french fries. It's five minutes of cheeseburger bliss but don't stand between me and the restroom for the next five hours. It's gotta be crack (with maybe a bit of exlax thrown in.) Why why why do I do this to myself?

Taco bell makes me sick everytime but I cant resist the taste of the plump,juicy,crispy,good to go, Burritos with no meat But I pay the price. Its mexican food in general that makes me sick, No offence to anyone.

Man, I feel your pain. I LOOOOOOOVE Mexican food, but it does not love me. *sigh* The only thing my body can tolerate of it now is the plain tacos from the Bell. I love hot and spicy food of all kinds, but I pay for it later.

I didn't used to be this way, it just came on all of a sudden as I have gotten older (I'm a whopping 27).

I am glad I am not the only one. I get the yucky stuff along with the cramps and pains. I LOVE fast food, it just doesn't love me!!

Up until three months ago, McDonalds was a rare twice a year thing, usually eaten on a roadtrip.

But all of a sudden, we have been eating it every darn week. DH and I both just commented on it, it is like we are addicted!! Kids are happy, but honestly we get sick after eating it and yet STILL GO BACK!!!! What is up with that?????

Worse, this came about just a few weeks after watching Supersize Me.
How do we break this addiction???? Is there a twelve step program???

Whenever DH says he needs gas, we say we're going to McDonald's. I do liek the parfait, though, and DD11 likes the salad. DD3 calls it "Old McDonald's" I wonder if she realizes what she's eating?
