Been reading a bit about the booking "problems" people have when it comes to using codes & room availability. It's been suggested to book a longer night stay to be able to get the code or whatever & then cancel the night or nights that you don't need later. Does this really work? Feel like I'd be breaking some rule or cheating somehow. Just rebooked the POLY for the second time today. Code was available for Sept 25-Oct 1 not the Sept 25-Sept 30 that I wanted. So I booked the 6 nights instead of 5. So when I call to cancel that one night, I won't get any grief & my code will still be in place???? Just a little confused & looking for those out there with a similar situation. Can't they just make things a little easier so all of us crazy changes will stop calling 50 times & changing things?
