Goshers, now I want to write one. Im serious, I think my feelings would be better published then kept inside of me. And instead of using my names and my enemies and friends names, I could make characters. I just think its kind of a great oppurtunity. People say im a good writer, i always win those little short story and poetry contests at our schools, so I thought i would give it a shot.

No, im not talking about one paragraph to publish in the newspaper or on a website.
Im talking about a REAL 200 page book.
I keep thinking, "Should I? Or should I just forget about it?"
I just feel so relaxed, that I could just write it then and there. But i cant. When i pick up my pencil, i have to doodle and draw everywhere until my stupid writers block disappears.

I think I should give it a shot.
OH MY GOD.
What's wrong with me?
I want to be a singer, and actor, and AUTHOR?!
GAHH.

;) ;)

Welcome to my feelings, Cassido.

I love to write.
I'm great at poetry.
The problem?

I start to write a story, then never finish it.

Then I think of a new idea, then that one dies...

Gah.

It's how it works with me.
I'm good at poetry as well, but
I get writers block alot when it comes to my books.
I just get off and come back later.
I write in small sparks.
Something will hit me, I'll write it down, then I can't think of anything.
It's easier to have an outline of the whole story then start. That way you can kinda figure out the storyline.
I've started 3 stories, and none are past 5 pages on my computer.
But I'm determined to finish each, by the time I'm 20.

Also can you type on the computer?
I like writing on the computer more than on paper.
It's easier for me to think of something and faster.

I take my notebook to school and I'll sometimes write during homework time.
It gives me inspiration sometime, and usually being outside does as well. I tend to get most of my "oh, I know what to write" while I'm in the car looking outside, or somewhere that I can't write it down. Sometimes I'll remember when I get home, sometimes I don't.
I know writers block gets frustrating, but it'll go away in time. You can't give up on it.

Just remember we are young, we have our whole lives to finish a book.

If you want to write one, go right ahead.
I'll warn you before hand to do a lot of planning so it doesn't get confusing.

I am on page 278 of my new book and I'm not even halfway through.
But it will probably never be published, and in all honesty, I don't really want it to be.
I write so I can let me feelings out.
My characters are my own.
No one can change them or take them away from me.
I usually write about 3 pages a day.
Nothing much at all.
But I promise you, when you're done, even if no one else ever reads it, you feel like you could rule the world.

I just started writing my 4th book. The other 3 are a third of the way done under my bed. It took me 3 months to develop the story line and characters for this one. I definately try and finish a book, but it's really hard. Especially during school time, because that's what occupies your mind the most. I write during school because it helps me let out some steam. I have my friends read what I did at lunch and I think thats what keeps me going because they are always asking "Did you write more?" They're seriously the drive that I needed before that I didn't have.

If you write a book, one of the characters should have a silver tabby cat named Isis

Once, I got this brilliant idea for a song for a friend of mine who lost both his parents and his grandpa.

I had to race inside (We had just gone out to dinner) to type it up XD

Im writing a book.
Its a piece of crap, and ITS NOT ABOUT ME, but some aspects of it, are exactly like me (mostly the nicknames).

Its a confusing process.
BUT.
Its a crappy book. Im not even that far, just maybe... 5th page into it? I started a wile ago, but i dont know how to judge how big pages are, or whats a good font size, so i just stick to microsoft word, and use font 12 and all that junk. Nothing special.

oOoOoOoOo now IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIii want to write a book!!!

i have written short stories before, and they never work out. but thats okay!

also i think that it is easier to write in a notebook (or three..) because you can start with the middle of the book if you wnat to or start with the end. i'm going to start one soon!!!!!! like now, only not this second, but as soon as i finish dinner and this post:)

you should write one if you feel you'll finish it and will always think of it as something you want to do and not just a chore. also try doing most of your writing on the comeputer. i find it easier to think, it gives me less doodle idea distraction, you cant spill stuff on the pages and best of all you CANT LOSE IT!! :rotfl:

:goodvibes :cool1: and and and i forgot to mention you NEVER have to sharpen a pencil!!!!!!!!!!! omg yay! or find one with an eraser ( a must for me, but i prefer this little thing called a backspace button ;) )
