I'm a regular reader at thebestpageintheuniverse.com, and I just read an article about how the guy who owns the site had a big customer service problem with Orbitz. You'd think, it's just one person, no big deal. But then I saw all the responses he got, and thought I'd post the website link here in case anyone thought of using Orbitz for transportation for the first time.

I have never used Orbitz before and I guess now I will think twice before ever using them.

Yes it sounds like he had problems but the buyer needs to be educated when using these sites. That's why a good travel agent is worth their weight in gold. That wouldn't have happened.
