You know you've been on this Disney forum too long when:

when you finish checking out a member's pics of their newly-renovated garden, and they ask you to post pics of your newly-renovated garden, and you realize...YOU'RE NEIGHBORS! JUST STEP OUTSIDE! (sorry, webmaster alex, but it IS funny!)

You are spending your last night in Florida on the computer instead of at the beach!! Then again, it hasn't been too great a day, so I guess I have an excuse... :rotfl:

You start dreaming about Disney! (Sorta freaked me out -- can't tell anyone in my family or they'll think I've really gone off the deep end)

When you keep checking your tag line to see if you've even been looked at by the Tag Fairy

You check the DIS more often then you check your email

You start applying at the Disney Store just to have something to post about

You call everyone you know that is at Disney everyday and ask them how it's going (REALLY wishing you were there!!!)

You start planning trips so far in advance you don't if you can take it any longer!!!

When you keep checking your tag line to see if you've even been looked at by the Tag Fairy
I think I am too new for the tag fairy........

But you know you have been on too long when your computer illiterate truck driving hubby borrows a computer at his job just to track ya down :earseek:

Mine did it yesterday!! :rotfl2:

Thats why I love him so----he accepts my new obsession :rotfl2:

Gotta love a man that accepts our obsessiona! Mine does, too!

When it's 2 am, you're so tired you eyesight is getting bleary, yet you can't resist checking out just "one more post"

I have a tendency to get wrapped up with planning things-- I mean notebooks full of lists and lists and lists lol. The poor man so far has had to deal with our wedding ( By far the worst- 3 full notebooks and even graphs on the wall of the den) then there was the planning for baby, and babys' room and the baby shower, then there was the Christening, now our first family vacation :earseek: All in 3 years---poor guy, I think I better start pacing him a little better--dont want to wear him out ;)
Little does he know I may start thinking about planning another baby after the vacation.............. :rotfl2:

This is too funny. Haven't been here long enough for some of these but I have a few of my own.

You are at work, and SUPPOSED to be working, yet you have your WORK minimized and your forum up, instead of your FORUM minimized and your WORK up.-
So true, especially bad when you are listening very intently to see if any one is coming down the hall so you don't get caught. :listen:

You get off at 5:00 and end up at the office until 7:30 because you want to read an entire thread that is 50 pages long but don't finish because you needed to cut and past practically every post because you want to check it out when you get there.

When you get angry because you can't get ahold of your DS to tell her what you read on DIS today.

And it is 2:30am and your 2 year old nephew will be here at 9:00 and you are going to a scrapbooking party from 11 to 5 and you still need to make dessert and get all of your stuff together and here you sit.

Daisy's Mom,

It's sad to say that I totally agree with all these post but especially the one posted by you "When you get depressed BEFORE your upcoming trip because you don't want to be that close to it ending". I come in to work (3rd shift) and this is where I spend most of my time. :rolleyes1 (shh! don't tell anyone). So I can relate to everyones thoughts about WDW and this site.

its 530 in the morn, not a work day/nowhere I have to be, and Im on the DIS!

* When my favorites list is almost exclusively Disney sites

* When I have to have the Disney theme park music playing when I read the boards, to give me the extra boost that the boards alone no longer give me (see, I'm a real addict)

* When you go to the UK boards to offer "advice" because I've already read all the posts here and there is no "advice" to offer

* When Disneyland Paris starts sounding like a good idea of a "European vacation"

* Or better still, start wondering about the feasibility of hitting all the Disney parks around the world in a single trip (just wondering how much that would actually cost?? hmmmm)

* I liked the one about starting a fight on the Disneyland boards because the ones who've only been to California are so touchy about any criticism of WALT's PARK!

when you start dreaming of dancing bananas eating mickey ice lollies with some swirling flowers and a dancing man with a yellow face

When your kids tell everyone what a Disney Freak you are because your always on the internet doing Disney Stuff.
When everyone you know comes to you for trip planning info
When you feel like you know more about WDW than a lot of the CM's you talk to on the phone making PS's
When you speak in abbreviations (ie.PS's, APs, CM's)
WHen you don't have a favorite TV show because you never watch TV because you're always on the DIS

#1-When your DH tells you he had a dream of us on our second honeymoon. The room had 2 king-sized beds and an adjoining room was nothing but a big whirlpool!! My response was--you guessed it--"I don't think there are any rooms like that in WDW!!"
#2-A customer of mine came into my business and started telling about her upcoming trip to the Daytona 500, and my response was "Are you going to Disneyworld, too?"

I definitely suffer from DIS-itis!!! :rotfl2: :lovestruc

Seriously, I had thought of this last year for a trip in 2006. I have never been to Europe, and thought a trip to Disneyland Paris would make up for that!
