~ you're listening to the radio & you missed something that was said and you go to grab the remote & press the instant replay button

~ you're watching live tv for the first time in forever, only you forget it's live & go to fast forward thru the comercials, only to hear DOINK DOINK!


Man, I love my TiVo. Can the whole world be TiVo'd?

Hahahaha I can relate! I also grab the normal remote for my TV's without Tivo to fast forward or rewind.

We do the same thing. It just isn't the same watching live TV anymore...like right now I am DISing instead of watching CSI. When we turn it on in 5 minutes, we get to skip all the commercials... gotta love TiVo!

My mom's getting one for my dad for Father's Day, after being here & seeing how cool it is. I should get a comission from TiVo for everyone I've gotten hooked on it - LOL!

I do the EXACT same thing. It's frustrating. We can't live without TIVO now. About a year ago, my son lost the TIVO remote while it was paused. It took us a week to get it replaced and this happened the night of the big FRIENDS season finale or premier. That was a horrible week for us.

It's so nice to hear that I'm not the only wacko out there!! There are so many times when I am am in the car driving and I look for my remote so I can rewind the radio and listen to what was just said!!! I thought for sure I was the only one out there to do things like that!:space:

Another TiVo lover here...Don't you laugh when friends ask if you've seen a certain commercial--are you kidding? We never watch commercials!
