You know your a DISer if

You won't buy anything online before you check the budget board for a code.

You instincrively know the first ten rides you are going on for the day, and which will be fast passes...AND you still are at home!

You are concerned with keeping your post count per day up.

You actually know all the abbreviations used on the DIS!

and...I do the mouseover to preview the threads thing, too.

You'll gladly take the morning off work so you can meet the cable guy at home to get your internet back up! :badpc:

You're grief-stricken when you head to the computer with DIS on the brain only to find a trespasser in your seat. :sad1: ...to the extent that you start thinking of ways to convince DH why your DS should have his own computer. :rolleyes1

Or at least should know better and wish you always remember to do that.

I have another one. You sit around the resort pool at WDW in your .01 cent black bathing suit from old navy, along with 47 other women.

You don't want to be the one to kill a thread.

bumpty bump bump!

Many evening conversations start with "today on the Disboards. . ."

OMG this is SO true! My husband has yet to roll his eyes when I say it but I know that day will come soon. :rotfl:

Almost every night at dinner I say to DH and DS17, "you know what I read on the DisBoard today?" and I get the DH making the gesture like he is hanging himself and DS17 laughing.

(But I must say, DH does admit that I get tons of great info from these boards)

You see or hear a stranger do something wacky, and think to yourself "I can't wait to post that on the Dis"

.... You make a special trip to Disneyland just to take pictures and share them on the DIS ...

... Someone writes about an event, and you know the story behind it -- from a year ago ...

... You can't walk past the 7 Dwarves without thinking of the Great Dwarf Battle ...

... Someone IRL tells about feeling ill, and you can give remedies that you read on the boards ...

... You buy gifts for people IRL that you read about here on the DIS for the first time ... (My dad loved his CEIVA picture frame that I gave him years ago - I saw it here first)

You can't remember that thread is used for mending!

You read old threads and scroll down, skipping past all the other posts, just to see what YOU wrote and make sure it somehow makes sense.
