Wow, maybe I am not the one with a problem!!!!

I'm guilty of this. Sometimes when my bf is driving or if I'm waiting for something (such as an oil change) I'll go on the DIS Boards with my cell phone. I recently got a T-Mobile MDA phone and it has internet access. I'm not addicted or anything... lol!

So we get the COOLEST new program, that reads whatever text you highlight, and it can read in hundreds of voices with different accents, and in different languages!! The rationale is to help students who can't read english well, or learn better through hearing, or can't recognize written grammar errors, etc., etc.

ALL I kept thinking was I could assign all my DIS buddies their own voice!!!!! Forget helping students with this stuff!!! This is gonna be great!!!

There is one called "female whisperer" and she sounds like a horror movie voice!!! I'm assigning that to our favorite stalker...

Though of course in real life I have the West Coast non-accent. I even pronounce Puyallup correctly.
