One of the best things about winter, no watered down drinks (so long as you don't set them on a table under a lamp!!)

Along those same lines....I had never before seen this when living in FL, but during the cooler months up here I see people leaving drinks on top of their cars. I suppose it is a way to keep it cool, but I think I would be cautious about giving strangers access to my beverages. If this a northern thing...or have I just seen some wackos in my area?
