YOU JERK!

I Jerked some chicken overnight for dinner tonight.. I am dialing in my Jerk Recipe and am getting pretty happy with it.
This made me wonder about Jerk in WDW. I figured it would be on the menu at Sebastian's (I looked it up - it is). Are people happy with the Jerk there? Any other places that do Jerk at WDW? is there anyone else that thinks that while BBQ is good, the ratio of quality BBQ to quality Jerk is higher than it should be? Should Jerk get a bit more love? Especially when your location is closer to the Caribbean than it is Texas?

Though we love this restaurant, we do not like their Jerk Chicken. We prefer a wet spicy sauce with ours; Sebastian's is just the dry rub.

Hey, don’t go claiming bbq for Texas.....Carolina bbq is my fav

And interesting about wet jerk.....I didn’t know that existed! I go to a meat and three that has amazing jerk chicken here, which I have come to believe is normal.....but it’s dry. Now places that say that bbq is dry (cough Memphis Rendezvous cough).....they’re just crazy haha

omg, so funny! My first thought was "this belongs on the Community board", LOL! I have zero answers regarding the jerk, however
