Laurie, our customers didn't see ours either. I wasn't scared after I saw her but I didn't want to be in the stockroom alone when all I had done was hear rumors about her. I wouldn't think that particular area of Richmond would be very haunted....I wonder why it is. BTW, ours had the long white hair as well but it was a long grey coat or long light tan coat. Since Roger worked as a night security guard there, I'm going to ask him whether he ever saw anything strange as well.
