I thought the interest rate was great before!! Just logged in the other day and saw the increase and it was the motivation I needed to finally get my behind in gear and transfer the balance's on my kids' savings accounts to ING. Their regular accts were earning .04% Yes indeed--the increase alone at ING is higher than their original accounts were paying in interest! I am so psyched about this. I did have to keep their other accounts so that I can cash checks for birthdays and stuff for them, but I am going to link those with my acct that's linked to ING to make transfers easier. May as well earn those little guys all the interest I can!
