An article on Yahoo! reports that Miley Cyrus used a body double for her shows on tour to change from Hannah to herself. A person in the audience caught a video of it.

What's even worse is that as they change people, the same music is still playing. Does that show that Miley lipsyncs? Hmmm. What do you think?

I think it's kind of ironic how the music just kept going. Like, how could she still be singing if she was doing a quick change? And I think the body double isn't THAT big of a deal because she does have to be two different people. But the lipsyncing thing makes me wonder...

She obviously lipsynches. I was forced to watch her while my little cousin was over and I couldn't help but laugh.

yes, I honestly heard about this maybe in Early December, I knew she lipsynched since the beginging of the tour. she needs to change and people say that the Jonas Brothers should just play again well they could but they already did like every song on their album except games?

but the thing that really bothers me is that the background singers mics in that song are louder than The Jonas Brothers you can't even hear them singing.

I don't really have much to say about it, its kind of disappointing for little kids but what is she supposed to do? I have seen videos of her performing live and I don't think she was lip-syncing becuase a few times she got out of breath and the song went a long with her getting out of breath its not like she stopped and the music kept going. (If you get what I am saying) I think every inger lip syncs at one point or the other. I'm not going to judge anyone for that as long as it is actually them singing the pre- recorded version. (again, if you understand what I am saying). I know if I was dancing around stage I would probably have trouble singing too.

I don't think the body double is a big deal, but with the music keeping on going, that sounds fishy to me. If I had paid to go see someone live, I'd want a live show. I don't blame the person for being mad. That concert is outragously overpriced.

I went to her her concert and most of the time it didnt sound like she was lip syncing beacuse you could tell she was out of breath. Im not mad because when you pay for a concert you usually are just paying for the show (ex. i went to the chris brown concert and he barely sang because he danced a lot.)

UGH! Stupid Miley. Why can't she just sing? I saw an Evanescence concert, and Amy Lee sang the WHOLE SHOW LIVE. You could tell because she was getting out of breath, and it sounded NOTHING like the album versions, except for the background vocals (choir). Now, Miley? LIPSYNCER!! One of my friends says she's going to end up as the next Britney or the next Lindsey. Sure, they're "cute" and "talented" young, but then BAM! They land in rehab and/or screwing up their lives. It's so disappointing.

Let me first say, I'm not a MIley fan....


Anyways, my sister went to the concert when it was in Toronto, she said that she was definitley not lip synching because she kept running out of breathe & the singing was not perfect.

The part of the show when she uses the body double, is when she changes from "hannah montana" to miley cyrus.
Yes, she could've just got off stage and changed and then came back on as miley, but it's probably cooler for little kids to think that she changed really quick like that.

My sister said she didn't notice the body double and she was pretty close to the front.
Anyways, who CAREs....actors use body doubles in movies all the time...it's not like you're getting cheated out of anything?
