Our cubicles are in one main office where the public never is so as long as I don't do anything that slams the common sense/pc codes or sexual they don't care what I have up. I run the gambit from my disney mood chart to gargoyles to some really snarky aren't people stupid cartoons. My "I miss Pluto" magnet and my James T. Kirk (I'm sorry I can't hear you over my own awesomness) photo's are the most popluar to my fellow workers.
