But I'm making an effort to stop thinking about it and to stop searching for reservations.

We're traveling to the World for the 2nd time (its been FOUR LONG YEARS) and this time, we'lll be with my brother and his family - this is all still a surprise to the kids, they won't find out until we "bump" into one another at the airport!

Turns out, we're not revisiting ANYTHING we did 4 years ago. But based on my countless hours of research (thanks to all of you ) I think we have some great choices...

Day of arrival - late! food court will hopefully be open for hungry children.
Day 1: HS, dinner at Sci-Fi (SIL only request - or I would have booked Fantasmic Package)
Day 2: MK, lunch at CP
Day 3: Water Park, dinner at Ohanna
Day 4: Epcot, lunch at Tutto Italia
Day 5: AK, breakfast at Tusker House and dinner @ Wolfgang Puck Cafe
Day 6: Open, except for BBB appts at MK and then dinner at 1900 PF

I anticipate wicked heat in late August so I envision lots of afternoons at the pool either following lunch ADR or prior to dinner ADR.

I think your plans look good! The only thing I'd consider would be switching Tutto to Via Napoli, I like the dining room better there, and they have great pizza if you have any pizza eaters in your family. Tutto has always seemed a little more formal to me.

And you're right about the heat, pool breaks are a must!
